Design-wise, I prefer The Honey Witch. The inside art is gorgeous, and the foiling on the naked hardback is so cute. I actually prefer the original red coloring for Five Broken Blades (which I'm so excited to pick up), rather than the blue.
Interested in your thoughts on Temptation of Magic. I hadn’t heard of it, but I do like that type of YA still. I got an advanced listeners copy of Honey Witch and I am so excited to start it later this week! I love bees (entire kitchen is bee themed) and it’s what initially drew me to the book
Obviously, Bree is still full of her puppy energy I was fortunate enough to grow up with a black lab named Toddi I still miss her. She was the best dog ever.
I recognise the cover of Five Broken Blades but from a different book. Can't for the life of me find which one I'm thinking of tho. I remember the horizontal blades and a pair of eyes in between. Anyone know what it might be?
I read a curse of blood and wolves and wished I’d of dnf’ed it :’C off the back of that I started the honey witch (one of my most anticipated reads!) and dnf’ed it at chapter 6 because the writing was not my jam 😭
The Honey Witch is one of my anticipated reads for the year although I’m not 100% on how I feel about the fairyloot edition. I’m not sure how I feel about the romantasy - I was surprised to see it’s the same author as the The Pumpkin Spice Cafe which I’ve been meaning to read.
I really enjoyed five broken blades, took a bit to get into as you have a lot of POVs to get into, but I can’t wait for book 2 after that messy ending. Also not a fan of tarot cards, the suns look like bullet holes
Unfortunately i just finiahed 5 broken blades and it was not good. The plot could have been interesting, but the writing and the romances had me rolling my eyes every 3 paragraphs
That Five Broken Blades edition is gorgeous!
Do I get these book boxes myself? Yes.
Do I still excitedly watch you unbox them? Also yes.
Temptation of Magic was the first YA I've enjoyed in a long time - loved the art history elements!!
The temptation of magic looks stunning all around
Honey which had me sobbing. The grief depicted hurts it is so beautifully written
I really liked Five Broken Blades. Lots of action, kept me reading.
I love the glasses case from FL YA box! I really love the customisation FL done for this YA book, it feels different from what they normally do!
Five Broken Blades was my favorite read of May! The author made it so easy to read, I almost finished in one sitting

I agree The Honey Witch looks the best but I don't know if I would read it
I agree, Honey Withch had me with the bees 🐝
7:45 My heart broke. My dog has nightmares sometimes because he was previously dumped and it breaks my heart every time. 😭
Obviously, Bree is still full of her puppy energy
I was fortunate enough to grow up with a black lab named Toddi
I still miss her. She was the best dog ever.
I want to see your thoughts on babel
Awww poor baby I 😢😢😢 cool bookhaul hope the books are good
I can’t decide if I like the red or blue five blades book cover more 🤔
I loved five broken blades. It gave me ocean eleven feels, but obviously with a very different story 😊

i’m ngl i dnf’ed a curse of blood and wolves 40 pages in because the MMC started commenting on how cute the FMC’s feet were 💀
😭😭😭😭
I know you’ve posted it somewhere before but where are your overalls from? So cute!
Do you still get locked library? Would you recommend it?
I skip most of my locked library’s now (I got the June book) but now it has a lot of YA in the sub I feel like I skip most of them
Good night~ amazing ,godspeed, ;)
Damn it I was really looking forward to Five Broken Blades but everyone being paired off? Not my thing
