5:35 always cool seeing the peak efficiency in speed runs. Hitting the bon fire for the fire incantation, the shock charge to get the electric sword then the door for the lion sword. All done seconds apart.
I believe that this is a true speed run. No messed up tricks, exploits or anything. You actually played the game and found an amazing strategy to complete the boss. We have all seen people complete this easter egg a month ago when the drill was useable which gained people a very large amount of time saved. But I like this strat and gameplay more. You have really brought so much dedication when it comes to Speedrunning. I remember watching your video on Gorod Krovi and I learned some pretty good tricks from you (also learned to just spam Ray gun mark 3s at the boss lol) But truly amazing man. You are a zombie slayer, I hope you get plenty more attention from this. Maybe I could actually complete the citadel boss now lol. Truly amazing

Whats the trick to not take damage from the boss while at his feet with a sword. I try to stay close and back some also tried staying in front of right front and to the side some.
it really is just an exact position u have to try get used to u can repeat boss over an over if u need to practice by saving before boss in a solo game its hard at first for sure gl
Question so when using the sword on his feet like are you basically getting close enough to his feet so your like behind him so the stomp does no damage?

Amazing run Steve! How do you repeat boss over an over like you mentioned? I save before it, but after I enter the boss fight the save would just get deleted, no? I am struggling to get the positioning you displayed in your run to not take damage
no need to save before boss what u do is as soon as u either lose quick revive in boss or take a self res down in boss or whenever u feel u wanna restart boss just save and quit mid boss fight and u should be at the step where u gotta grab the key to start boss (sometimes it will make u do orb step again u can end a round before u pick up key to make sure it saves progress up to that point if u want) just make sure u grab self revive again if u lost it in boss then saved because ur save wont have it gl it takes a few tries for sure

its to be expected they do it on everygame since black ops 3 release tbh, im fine with them patching completely broken things like duplicating canisters and killing boss with the drill in 1 min its cool they are listening tho but i worry they will listen too much in the end haha

ide say practice with light sword and green incantations for armor and health regen and try get used to the blind spot in his stomp its pretty small u can also save and quit mid boss in a solo game to restart it for practice i basically just go right a bit and keep near his knee each stomp
I originally thought you had to get specific elemental kills to charge the incantation soul boxes? Or is that not the case since you used the sally for a lot of the kills in those moments. Awesome run btw
yeh prob everyone did at first but u can use dead wire on lightning orb, thermo grenades and mollotovs on dragon one, and dark flare and aether shroud on the raven orb , thanks

the green incantation can give u an extra boost if a zombie dies from the dropped things on the floor its an augment
incantation gave him the staminaup augment boost as it counts as kill with tactical.
sorry yeh and this i assumed he knew about the normal stam boost but could be wrong

new member the c4 is to use insta kill on round 6 or 7 when we need it and again for the ammo in boss fight i used a c4 too, and its going good thanks

Maybe this can save some seconds, in the light sword puzzle you can ditectly shoot the right symbols without waiting them to touch the wall

How do you know the traps?
paper page positioning = trap order i check them at 2:28 1st one i check the boxes in the corner is trap 1, 2nd one is bunk bed corner thats trap 2, 3rd i dont need to check but that is trap 3 its on the 2 fuzzy tv's or the white couch at 2:35, and 4th trap is always in staminup room (the page is in the hallway i donnt need to check that either)
