One of the biggest factors for me is time. With movies being consistently 120+ minutes, I have little interest in getting to a theatre on a week night at a set time (only to usually be greeted by 15 minutes of trailers) and spending 13$ on a ticket when I can watch the same film on a streaming service for half the price a few weeks later, when it's convenient for me. The worst part is that I love the theatre experience! A subscription service doesn't solve the convenience benefits at-home affords
