To me, this is the musical embodiment of what Kazuki Takahashi wanted to give to everyone with yugioh. Hope. Belief. Passion. And power. If it weren't for him, I don't think we'd have this kinda power in our lives.
Having run through the entire festival with my Dark Magician deck. I truly felt an emotion I only felt back when I watched the anime as a kid. Even when I lost it felt like just experiencing an anime duel for myself and being in the place of the Main Characters. Through their wins and Losses. This Festival was just WAY TOO MUCH FUN. And I love it for it
As a Synchron user, I had to be really creative with my deck because we're not allowed to use Speeder because with the absenceo f hand traps it's way, way too strong. So I turned to stuff like Cosmic Blazar turbo and using Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode of all things in order to get shit on the board. And honestly it's worked very, very well.

@@FurnaxIkki As someone who pulled blue eyes choas max and cosmic blazar royal finish off the 1st anniversary packs I faced the ultimate dilemma. In the end because I had like 2 dictator of Ds and a smattering of blue eyes cards, I decided it was time to go full cope. Event was so fun spamming blue eyes, alternative, jet, chaos, and abyss then just summoning deep eyes whenever my board was wiped. Straight up won a few games thanks to deep eyes disgusting on summon effect to burn 600 LP per dragon monster in the GY

I had the music off the whole time because they usually just put the old generic music. Like the sp gates in solo gates disappointed me but THIS?! THIS is awesome I WISH I listened to this as I was playing my infernity, x-saber decks while I was playing in the festival. It's freaking awesome! I had so many back and forth duels and listening to this would've been perfect.

Magical Hats! Let's see if your Junk Warrior can guess which one hides my Dark Magician!
Felt like a villain when the opponent tries to get over Cyberdark End Dragon that I put out on turn 1 with that key card theme playing. And then when it turns to climax theme to signal that I'm about to get pummeled over, the music makes it bearable hahaha
