    I've been teaching Yoga for 16 years and I still forget poses😂. I've also never been able to teach with a written plan. I've tried. For me, teaching is an intuitive experience.

    Great tips. I had one experience that a student point out my mistake. She told me I forgot to do the other side. So I apologized and move on. We are all human. Talking and at the same time doing the pose is not easy. Anyway appreciate very much the tips.

    Thank you! I am one moth away from being a yoga teacher! One reason why I went this route is because I like teaching, and I like exercise, also I like helping others to be the best of themselves the can possibly be! I am a Christian I love and follow Jesus! But I was taken back with the idea we have on yoga as christians... long story short last year I went trough so much in my personal life including loosing a loved one and praying, yoga and working out in general were the most things that helped me to pull myself out of the darkest days of that period! From there I got this burning passion of wanting to help people in that perspective ( my fellow Christian)who have closed the door to yoga; I registered to a yoga teacher training and before I did I prayed and got a word from God that I was given a green light to pursue it but he will guide me on how to use it in order to glorify His name! Here I am everyday I lean into him and ask for revelation, and what I should take and not take from the original yoga practice to make sorely for Him and only Him
    🙏🏾

    Thanks for making this video! A year ago you inspired me to go through my teacher training.. I've been teaching for about a year now and I LOVE IT!! I am still a member of TPB and love to practice with you! I have my own play time after your classes, it has really helped me develop my own flows. I use to use my notes every time I taught, but that quickly fell out of my teaching routine when I developed more confidence surrounding my sequencing. Love you always Michelle ❤❤❤❤

      So disappointing you didn't get a response.
      She's self-centered and uses foul language. Saw 2 videos and Aufwiederzehen!

    thank you for the tips! I like the idea of free classes especially when i come from a town where its not always accessible to everyone and if i just want to teach i need the practice! I also have had the idea for teaching at schools too so kids can get some calmness and clarity before their school days!

    Thanks for these tips! That hand towel tip is actually really good, even for us, and we rarely give hands-on adjustments. it's nice to have something to wipe your own face/hands :)

    Thanks for the video, so glad to see you are content again! Question for you. I have a dream of one day owning a yoga studio and boutique one day… But I don’t really dream of being a yoga teacher. Do you think a studio owner must be a teacher?

    • @Mmmmkaaay
      @Mmmmkaaay 5 років тому +2

      I think at the very least, you may want to do a 200hr teacher training in order to know what your vision is for your studio and to be able to spot talented teachers that will teach at your studio.

    Very helpful! Thank you so much!!! :-) I'm not sure about the towel part though, do I use the same towel for different people? Here in NYC, I'm a little skeptical of this move as I can see how some students might not want to be touched with a towel that has someone else's sweat.

    Michelle you are in a fantastic shape. Do you do anything else in addition to yoga or is it just yoga that gives you this body? Please answer, it is super important to me 😌
