Just FYI for folks coming here to set their computer: When he sets the UTC (at 2:50 in the video) he does it wrong. The instruction manual says you should set it for how many hours ahead or behind UTC your current time zone is. So, if he's on the US east coast during Eastern Standard Time, the UTC setting should be -5, not +5 as he does here. I was confused because the instruction manual and this video appear to say the opposite thing so I contacted Genesis Scuba. They seem to have good customer service; I got a reply quickly and he confirmed the video is incorrect. Maybe I'm missing something here but I'm not sure why it matters if my dive computer knows what time zone I'm in, but it's nice to know how to do it correctly anyway. Looking forward to my first dive with this new computer!
Can you please make the video how to use the dive portion of the dive computer. I just got my genesis and it came with no manual.

Hey! How do I do a factory reset of this computer? It won't let me clear all of my logs, so I can't use it to log my freedives. Thanks for the help!
Hey @thesailingsiren . So here are a couple options
Option 1 - To delete individual Logs.
1. Press the Right-Side Center button once to enter the Log with the arrow indicator.
2. Press the Right-Side Lower button twice to view the Log information.
3. When in this last Log screen press the Right-Side Center button once.
4. Choose Yes with Right-Side Center button.
5. Choose No with Left-Side Lower button.
Option 2 - To delete all Logs.
1. After entering Logs section, press Right-Side Lower button all the way to the bottom of the Logs.
2. Press Right-Center button for All Delete
3. Choose Yes with Right-Side Center button.
4. Choose No with Left-Side Lower button.
Important -
1. Make sure that all the Logs that you want are saved in the Dive Story App before deleting from the computer.
2. Deleting any Logs just made will not delete the algorithm calculation to protect the diver for any additional dives

Just got a Centauri- have been trying to set the date & time. I follow the instructions, it shows correctly in the settings, and when I move to the home screen, it is a different time than what I set? And when I sync it to the DiveStory App, it completely changes the date and time to a different year. Would really like some help on this issue!

hey my watch is stuck in dive mode and it wont leave no matter what i hold/press. it seems like it thinks its under water when i have it in my hand at home
Hey, sorry to hear that. Have you taken to your local dive shop yet to assess it yet? If it is warranty issue the shop will be able to help facilitate that as well.
