Seymour Guado could have been an archnemesis of Tidus and FFX. Tidus' father hardly look as evil as other dark ones of every FFs like Sephiroth and Golbez,
I'm still surprised that Chris Sabat was in this. This was pretty outside of his usual wheelhouse. Usually he only ever lends his talents to Funimation-based or OkraTron 5000 work. To see him on a project that has so many Los Angeles based actors that Square-Enix usually goes to, feels kind of surreal to me. I don't know if he's the only Texas-based actor in the game, but it's so weird to see him on something that's not a Funimation production.
the Squall vs Ultimecia one is essentially DIO vs Polnareff since both DIO and Ultimecia can stop time, and Squall's VA is also Polnareff's English VA.
You know, i really think that the antagonists were actually cheering on the protagonists, in a way i feel as though they just want to make them tougher despite the rivalry, such as a big brother would.
Yes and no. Golbez and Jecht are both only on the Chaos side because of their roles in their original stories(And the 012 scenario revealed that Tidus and Jecht were actually summoned on the opposite sides and had their teams switched through outside means) but they themselves are good people. Golbez just wants to atone for his sins and take care of his little brother Cecil and Jecht just wants to wrap up up the rivalry with Tidus and get him out of the cycle to safety. Other than those two, I don't really think the other villains care that much. Except maybe Garland, he's got that whole "Schoolyard bully who's afraid of getting in his feelings" vibe going...
Jecht's very odd relationship with his son is shown quite well in those lines the two have.
Because while he may have become Sin he still loves his son deep down as any father would

God this is Nostalgia at it's finest for me, I was smiling the whole time saying oohh I remember that, I remember these lmao I miss my childhood
Don't we all, my man.
"This is the cycle, of battle!"
the kefka/terra scene is even more hilarious when you realize that kefka is kakashi hatake leon belmont time baby and henry wong all rolled into one
"There is no meaning in strength only used to hurt others" Sure Lelouch
1:34 best line in the game ever!
Cecil: I can turn darkness, into hallowed light!
Golbez: But can you see why kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch?
LMAOOOO
4:44 Bartz immediately gets crit struck three times due to physical guard and then Maelstrom kited to death.
We need HD for this and duodecim. These interactions are so good.
4:39 This is his actual EX in Opera Omina for me.
The Tidus vs Jecht one is easily the best. Despite being a spin off, you can consider that scene canon as it would fit perfectly within FFX.
Kefka's Tower and Ultimecia's Castle is still a nightmare to fight
Especially when you are fighting in their Ω version
0:13 garland is the one who take it more serious than anyone i think xd
Yup. He's completely lost in the sauce by that point. XP
6:40
I shall give you dis pear 🍐\🙄
😂
Never gets old 😌
Firion is... Ichigo?!?
Yup.
On top of that, Garland is Piccolo/Vegeta, and Cecil is Sasuke from Naruto.
Garland is Nightmare (Soul Calibur)
Kefka is Kakashi from Naruto.
all I hear when I listen to garland, ultamecia and squall is zoro robin and sanji from one piece.
0:25 Well, until NT, Garland. You are wrong.
8:59
WATCH OUT!
That is the legendary back hand slap of doom! There's only ONE more character in the entire universe who has mastered it!
If you get hit by that your face disorts and you start screaming like a kid!
Voice actors that I know of and a few of their roles:
WoL: Grant George. (Suigetsu: Naruto, Izuru: Bleach
Garland : Christopher Sabat. (Vegeta, Piccolo or All Might from MHA)
Firion : Johnny Yong Bosch. (Ichigo, Nero: DMC, and much more)
CoD : Laura Bailey. (Kid Trunks, Tier Harribel: Bleach, and much more)
Cecil Harvey :Yuri Lowenthal. (Sasuke, Ben Tennyson as a teen, Spider-Man in the recent games, and much more.)
Kain Highwind: Liam O'Brien. (Gaara, Ukitake: Bleach, War: Darksiders and much more).

Terra Brandford: Natalie Lander. (Kinzie Kensington: Saints Row, Pandora; God of War)
Kefka Palazzo: Dave Wittenberg. (Kakashi, Leon Belmont: Castlevania).
Cloud, Tifa and Sephiroth: All same voices as Advent Children. (George Newbern, voice for Sephiroth also being Superman from Justice League Animated Series, some Justice League movies like Superman vs The Elite, and the Injustice games)
Zidane Tribal: Bryce Paperbrook. (Moyuru Koda: Devilman Crybaby, Eren: AoT)
Tidus: James Arnold Taylor. (Ratchet: Ratchet and Clank. Johnny: Johnny Test)
Gabranth: Keith Ferguson. (Bloo from Foster's Imaginary Friends, Reaper: Overwatch)
Lightning: Ali Hillis (Karin: Naruto)
Cosmos: Veronica Taylor (OG Ash Ketchum)
Chaos: Keith David. (Himself: Saints Row)
Wtf, Gabranth played Bloo? That's insane.
@@Darskul just found out he's also Reaper from Overwatch
FFVII an FFX definitely have the best theme music, but all of it is just so damn awesome.
Jecht almost got the most destructive move off, the bitch slap
Damn, I miss this game...
I don't know what I like more: the music, the voices or the dialogue?
I like Zidane and terra and Onion Knight and cloud and warrior of light the most..
I wish Terra looked like her original self and not the new celes clone.
I love how all the characters have their grits in this game :
That's what I call fan service and a good use of a lore, not the NT thing...
Get up on the hydras back!!!!
the thumbnail made alot of people think she was topless
I said it before and a said it again. WOL is such a badass
0:50 Firrion just shouted like The Emperor! LOL 😂
Brotherly Rival:
2:53 Cecil Vs Golbez
8:21 Zidane Vs Kuja
The thumbnail is probably the best choice that could've been made
listen garland's voice and think of him saying "I AM HERE" XD
Personally favorite scene here is Bartz and Exdeath. Though I'd argue WoL vs Garland has the best, overall, choreography.
I used to play this game all the time on my brother’s PSP when I was 6 years old. This was the best game my first grader self used to play even though I couldn’t understand the plot and most of the basic game mechanisms. They should make a similar version to this.
6 years old? making me feel old myself haha.
1:23 That's ironic considering what you did you raise your HP.
Warrior of Light, Firion, and Onion Knight pose their Japanese box art.
Bartz's swords create a V for Five.
Cloud and Sephiroth do their iconic stand off.
Squall Does his pose from the PC launcher. (And sequentially, the pose on the FFVIII HD Chinese box art.)
Ouch, some of that delivery >.O
Bro did anybody notice, that the voice of the second hero (from final fantasy 2) has the voice of Lelouch from Code Geass? :D OMG I JUST REALIZED THAT!
He is a former Power Ranger too!
Anyone else notice how George Newbern accidentally slips into a southern drawl when he says “provide”?
7:50
Damn Squall! Even Jotaro let a few slip past him.
Squall-nareff
Gentlemen....3:22
Zidane and kuja has the best camera work and movement
Such a nostalgia.. 😢
go back to sleep sephiroth
You're drunk
"But I don't want to sleep yet. I haven't even had a glass of warm milk yet."
"Are you being cryptic, or just being an asshole?"
"Yes."
Dissidia, the fighting game that introduced me to the RPG genre
I always enjoyed the poses they made that referred to Nomura’s art. In terms of dialogue, why couldn’t Duosecim be this well written!? 😒
Atleast Duodecim is written better than NT...
@@alexanderstoyanov3128 No argument here. Clearly the devs were getting lazier with each sequel. If there’s a fourth installment, there’s probably not even gonna be a story anymore. 🤷🏻♂️
Is Firion’s voice actor the same guy who voices Lelouch?
yup
Seymour Guado could have been an archnemesis of Tidus and FFX. Tidus' father hardly look as evil as other dark ones of every FFs like Sephiroth and Golbez,
Makes it more unique though. (Spoiler - in duodecium, he starts off as a warrior for Cosmos)
0:21 Chris Sabat?
Mmhmm :)
The Voice of Vegeta , Piccolo, Yamacha, jeice and recoome.
All Might looking a bit....Evil?
@@lavashot449 I was thinking Armstrong!
These were so cool growing up. Wish they'd make a proper sequel to 0012 instead of NT.
Lmao why does this have better fight scenes than all of OPM S2
That Kingdom Hearts Vibes
Firion going full Noctis there before Noctis was a thing.
As someone who doesn't like ff8, Squal had the coolest scene
You know, i really think that the antagonists were actually cheering on the protagonists, in a way i feel as though they just want to make them tougher despite the rivalry, such as a big brother would.
*like ff4
*maybe except kefka lol
