Congratulations! The drinking sound is normally played in the background while the mommy is feeding them and making a Video. They have teeny tiny pieces of glass for weighting the doll. Many don’t like the belly plates except to use in photos when their tummy will show. The bottles normally are filled with a liquid that won’t mold. I have a bottle that has Elmer’s glue and water. There is a teeny tiny bit of yellow food color and vanilla to make it look more realistic. The tip of the bottle has silicone in it. My bottle is even sealed with the silicone. You can get a tube of silicone in the hardware store. Have fun with those two.

Very cute baby girl but not sure how much you paid for them I might ask the artist to fix the magnet and fix the green tone to her skin.
