Its still explodes even when i set everything to "mesh"

Okay,
1. Check again by selecting individually the chain parts and see if they are set to mesh.
2. Try scaling the chain to a reasonable size.
3. In rigid body setting (in physics tab), enable collision margins and reduce the margin to very small number.
