Chantal hun i enjoy watching you most of the time. But as a mother of children almost your age,i worry about you. It seems like you have just accepted defeat and are just gorging yourself. You dont have to founder on food to enjoy it. Im an addict,almost 5 yrs sober. It was a fight to get sober, and it's a daily fight for me to stay sober. It has to be a lot harder to be addicted to something we have to have to survive. I didnt have to have heroine to survive,i just thought i did. But you do have to eat,so i just wish you could find a healthy balance
Kitchen scales exist. Just weigh the dry pasta - a serving is usually 75g of dry pasta which expands to 170g ish.
Or you know, dont eat spaghetti when you have diabetes.
I feed my family of 4 with that size serving of spaghetti.
That's a serving platter, not a bowl 😮
You should eat a salad first so that your blood sugar doesn’t spike so high after pasta.
I’m prediabetic, so I don’t eat pasta. But, if I did my preference is rigatoni.
Spaghetti is the name of this kind of pasta, the shape. Ragu bolognese is the Italian meat sauce 😊

You know I’m half Italian so I like a lot of different pastas but my favorites are ziti, penne, orzo. I always make my own sauce with fresh tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, tomato paste but when I get lazy I like the original preggo lol 😂 I hate that shaky cheese tho lol 😂 I don’t do Parmesan. I always fry up veal cutlets with my spaghetti too 😋

Girl I love you! Please 🙏🏼 take care of yourself and your health you should really focus on weight loss and exercise getting some weight off for yourself and your health! I was 240 pounds and because of my weight I got really sick with an illness called “pseudo tumor cerebri”. That was my illness due to my weight and I had to go thu 2 eye surgery and I lost vision in one eye because of that illness. After that I had to lose weight now my weight is 165 pounds
You should try twirling the spaghetti around your fork. It’s neater and easier to eat.
I LOVE elbow pasta. soo yummy. the right size and the sauce sticks to it nicely. every bite is amazing! i Ireally dont like spiral pasta.

I went to a United Methodist Church for many years. They often had fundraising events too. I remember they had a big Thanksgiving meal in November. Also, in June, they’d have red, white, and bang. It was a choir cantata and a huge meal in the basement afterwards.

Funny you say you like horror both my kids love it so did my sisters do you remember Freddy Krueger movies omg scared the crap out of me I use to get scared going toilet as if it was going to grab me I use to freak out but use to cry to watch with them 😂😂😂😂 then use to shit myself to sleep I would be so scared I only watch horror with my teens now coz they tease me if I don’t then still get scared and sage house 😂😂😂😂
