Here is a quick hair tutorial showing you how to create a Korean Inspired Messy Bun in just 1 minute. It's easy, quick and cute.
Even if you have thin or layered hair like myself, you can still do a donut bun without the 'donut'. For me, the 'donuts' just don't work for me because I don't have enough hair to cover the damn thing lol...
All you need are 2 small hair elastic bands.

+Ima Soshi hair buns are originally from Korea, it is a well known "Korean" hair style. Im half Korean, I know about their culture. And lol y make such a big deal over it, bubz isn't wrong it is Korean
No, they are not. If you're Korean, then do a bit more of research on your own culture. Koreans did not create hair buns, it was a style popularized by ballerinas and Chinese women who wore it to show their marital status. For example, it is like the people who think BB cream came from Korea just because it was popularized there first. That's wrong and it should be noted.
K 1) it is multicultural, search online Korean dynasty hairstyles 99% of the searches will all be buns
2) have u not watched or have seen anything from Korean media, so if u bought Korean fake lashes it doesn't mean the lashes were made from Korea
3) have u not heard of the word "inspired" or "inspire" cuz u really inspire me and probably others to be dumb and act like a know-it-all, I'm just stating how u r wrong and how I'm right

I convinced my friend to get me some Korean hair elastics and they work amazingly. They look super thin and small which made me really doubtful, but I've use the same one for almost 2 months now.
This has been my hairstyle for the for the past 2 1/2 years as I have been growing my hair. Super easy, cute, comfortable and tidy thank you so much bubbi love you
Is it hard to do with longer hair? Becuase i have extremley long hair and I dont think it would work with me.
I would say it was better with my mid length hair. When it was short, I had lots of fly a ways and a tiny bun. Now my hair is long I end up with massive floppy buns and I have natural curly/wavy hair so yeah doesnt work as well, compared to my mid length hair, where it worked very well. There are times where I make the bun very dense and it works well but I have no idea how I do it, just luck and chance xD

I was nodding my head the whole entire video, and when the chorus came I started singing while watching the video xD
I use this for college (except since my hair is short and straight I have to use a sock- wrap it around the base of the ponytail and then do the fountain thing- it helps give shape if you've got short or straight hair like me!) and it's so comfy and easy!

I DID IT! i tried it when you posted this vid, but then i just watched your bridal makeup, looked on the right side to see some of your videos, saw this, and decided to try it again! Just do what she did, then youll have a very long "fountain" left so wrap those around the bun and pin them
no its possible tht happened 2 me its the same its fuller and cuter the messier and cutter but just use bobby pins and rhia it works on plenty u just need to get ur fountain and shorter hair just tug and pull and bobby pins and haiirspray all it takes =3

I am subscribed to Bubz and LOVE her videos so why would you tell me not to watch her? She is one of my favorite youtubers, and I AM allowed to have an opinion, whether it is a good or bad one, which in most case, it is a good opinion.

You can do it with long hair! Do what she does, but only tug on your hair until the bun is the size you want. Take the ends of your hair (which aren't pulled into the bun) and wrap them around the base of the bun. Secure with a bobby pin et voilà!

For those of you who have long hair (like me) tease your hair once your hair is in a ponytail then put the second elastics around and tug. If you still have pieces left then wrap them around the bun or keep them flying everywhere for a messier look! :) hope this helped!

Yeah, I have the same hair type, medium length, straight and thick. I followed her directions only to find that most of my hair stays out of the bun. I just took the extras and wrapped them around the base and put a clear band around it. Super cute!
