There was a time Nathpanth was dominant all over Bharat. Initiated by Shivahimself as Adinath followed by Shishya Matsyendranath who practiced HaTa yoga. Probably stayed in Manjeshwar and took samadhi. Similarly, Kadri Manjunath Temple respects Jogimath.

This temple is managed by Gowda Saraswath Brahmin community, like any other temple it is open for all Aasthikas.

Remember cowshed (koDke) in our home in 1960s with 2 cows (Mangala and Summi) and keeping a coconut during delivery. It is served at the Jogi gana later at convenience. Until Operation Flood we had milk shortage
