I cleaned my build plate properly before printing and I've never had to use the glue stick on pla, petg, or tpu. All 3 adhere great and mostly break free an their own when the plate cools. I'm using Qidi pla and petg filament with their profiles and polymaker tpu with my own profile based on my test results. You may need to adjust your bed or nozzle temps for your filament.

Cleaning the plate helped with the adhesion. Thanks for the tip and advice

I don’t understand the hate for gluestick. I use glue stick as extra insurance on my textured PEI plates. One application will last me 500-700 print hours before a reapplication. Primarily printing PAHT/PA12 and PET-CF.

Some textured buildplates are not "clean" from the factory... try to wash it with warm water and dishwashing liquid to get of any greases and stuff... it may help...

Thanks for the tip! It started to work better after I cleaned it with Alcohol. Have to wash it anyways, so I'll try your recommendation

Thanks for the video. Did you try taking the build plate off and bending it? usually does the trick.

Sounds like you may have not understood hot to use a printer, or this one….that print should have taken about 35 mins. And it is a flex plate….you should have easily got it off had you removed the plate and kept it clean etc.

I use 3dLac for my beds. Works fine. To get my prints of I use water.

I'll have to try that. Probably a lot less messy than a glue stick

Possible you don’t have enough cooling. Try printing with the door and top open.

True. I found that if I clean the bed it works better as well.

Everybody doing these reviews compares this qidi with bambulab, which is just ridiculous and lazy. the bambulab is significantly smaller and significantly more expensive. It would be much more of interest some examples of settings, as well as large prints done on it as part of the review. And regarding 600mm/s speed!? Has the reviewer really printed at this speed? All in all - a lazy review.
