Long comment alert lol So back in 2021 when i got back into collecting during the boom, i found these exact tins at Dollar General stores. What was inside blew my mind. They were the 3-card mini packs. It was Evolutions, Team Up, Unbroken Bonds, and a few others i cant rememeber. I got so many good hits. Those dragonite promos, look for Swirls in the holos. Pretty cool card.
I promise it’s fine😂 I have another one (if that makes you feel better) that was immediately sleeved. I just completely forgot to grab my sleeves prior to the video 💀

Promos are a cosmos holo pattern. It’s the same patterns they often put in the 1 pack blisters for main set releases.
