I am using alkaline batteries. Don’t waste you money on lithiums, $2 per battery is ridiculous. What I noticed with alkalines this year the cams I powered up in September completely stopped working in that week of cold but once the temps warmed up the cams started taking pics again. The cams I put new batteries in after gun season in December worked throughout the cold.
