I dont know if you know who prizza mike is but if you look him up he has a lot of videos on the rebuild of his 240sx and he has a video on a electric power steering pump and tons more on his builds
Yes I’ve definitely seen him on the internet! I’m highly considering doing the electric set up with the new engine swap I’m putting in. In the mean time I have a new PS rack I’m putting in from my other s13 to get by
The thrust washer you ordered you only need 1. It sits in or by a main bearing/cap and is the thrust for the crank. They don't go on the rods. Hope this helped
The water in the trunk could be from the taillights leaking , if you want to not change the shocks of the hatch, get that metal things that hold hoods up
That's a great idea! I think I'll replace the struts some day eventually. The tail lights should be sealed proper from when I installed the kouki's, but I may have not got the sealing perfect. I believe it may be leaking from the inverted hatch somewhere. It has slight little weird gaps on the sides a bit, and I purchased it after someone else had glued it into place already. I appreciate the tips and your comment thank you for watching!
If its not the taillights, it could be from a bad seal at the hatch , i remembered the word for what holds the hood -hood prop , a block of wood could potentially damage the hatch from being it on the poin where it gets the most stress but also , the hood prop could leave holes if you drill it in
Thanks for the explanations! I have work to do in my 240

What wheels are you gonna run? I got a 55mm Widebody on my s13 and still trying to figure out good fitment
sorry for such a delayed response, but i went with gram lights 57cr (basic I know). Specs for rear are 18X10.5 +12 with 1 inch spacer.
What size rivv nuts did you use?
M4-0.7 x 10.5mm
grinder and paint makes you the welder you ain’t
Amen brother, I’m hot garbage at welding😂😂
what a fuckin mistake you made huh. you'll regret cutting those fenders in a few years
No mistakes, I’ve wanted them for quite some time and it allows more grip/tire options. Drifted with the stock qps for 10 years, they had a good run!👍
