Custodial death is a very serious incident. This incident of custodial death at Amherstreet PS should be investigated by an investigating agency other than the agencies under the WB Home Ministry. And the HC of WB should take suo moto cognizance of the matter and give such direction so that the sanctity of the Law is preserved and before evidences are tampered and witnesses influenced.

@@bandhansengupta7525 kamduni incident was a rape and murder case committed by the criminals pampered by political parties and a sordid, incapable investigation by the police under an incompetent govt. This is a case of custodial death where the protectors of law are accused. The police are involved in numerous crimes such as taking bribes, threatening and taking undue advantages from either the victims or the accused and their families to the extent of seeking sexual favouratism. A magistrate is supposed to take up the inquiry forthwith after the incident of custodial death. But no magistrate was seen only the police higher ups were there. This is wrong in the eyes of law.
