You need to have more than 50% bonus damage on L size to unlock the effect of minorous stored. That will give you 50% def ignore. EX: 2 minorous on weapon + bonus of sandstorm on L size + 1 minorous stored. Sorry my English if I miss something on grammar.

I think i'll go for dagger, maximize full burst damage first and then yung mga extrang damage nalang siguro yunh ihuli mo for buffing the damage like edp.
late game is for katar... but if you're really planning to invest to katar at this early stage of ROM? Then Goodluck ! all of the materials and any items that can be suitable for your katar build is expensive.. Anyway, if you want to pursue then better choose the saint katar / or katar of quaking with a sonic blow build. Katar crit build is very expensive for now.. trust me.
How much contribution and gold badges needed for a good sonicblow build? Thinking of the costs now..WS only need 46 gb and 21k contribution for the Cart Attack runes!

Read the stored effect of mino card in adventure book, that's what he is pertaining to
