Haven't seen a speaker upgrade video in ages! Not bad at all, and yes, the wooden enclosure (as well as being slightly bigger) will be much better than plastic.
Why you are using super glue so much, it doesn’t fill the gaps to assure that full sound, I recommend to use adhesive instead, yeah it might dry slower but the speaker will sound much better😉!
I was hoping that he use some screws and sponge tape instead of permanently gluing all side, so that in case something goes wrong with the electrical / button / missed airtight enclosure it was openable, BTW i like the design

Идея конечно не плохая, но есть моменты. 1. Кнопки - они долго держаться не будут. Надо придумывать что-то, как вариант под конус и отверстие и кнопку. 2. Углы - из фанеры такие прорези недолговечны. Как вариант эпоксидная смола. 3. Всё собрано на клей - это не страшно, но корпус одноразовый, разобрать, так чтобы все детали остались целыми будет проблематично.

But I also like the X-Creation log to show that it was X-Creation who made the speaker :).
If I was to ever go into making custom speakers, each one would probably have the original vendor logo, plus my own custom logo.
