Portland Art Museum restoring a Monet painting

We went behind the scenes at the Portland Art Museum's Conservation Department where they are currently working on Claude Monet's Waterlillies.
We were able to get up close with the painting and interviewed Conservator Charlotte Ameringer, who gave us a tour of the facility, explained her job and how they go about restoring the painting, and filled us in on why this department is such a great thing for PAM
