I am also moving out of my apartment in Bangalore, because monthly maintenance is Rs.15000/- . It is really too much, and not worth it at all. I dint use club house , gym, swimming pool.....but still I have to pay. The housekeeping diligently take the catergorised dustbins everyday. That's the only facility I avail, and I'm paying Rs.15000. We feel so bad paying this money every month, hence moving into an independent house soon.
Buy a compact ironing board soon- u can tuck it and keep it a corner. It doesnt even occupy anynspace at all. Else, The mattress will get spoilt.
