Actually, you got the scientific names of most species wrong, the Tyto genus now contains only three extant species: the Occidental Barn Owl (Tyto alba), the Oriental Barn Owl (Tyto javanica), and the American Barn Owl (Tyto furcata), whilst the other fourteen extant species are relocated to four separate genera, Poestrix for three extant species being the African Grass Owl (Poestrix capensis), the Malagasy Grass Owl (Poestrix soumagnei), and the Oriental Grass Owl (Poestrix longimembris), Argentocephalus for just one extant species being the Ashy-Faced Owl (Argentocephalus glaucops), Fulginostrix for two extant species being the Greater Sooty Owl (Fulginostrix tenebricosa) and the Lesser Sooty Owl (Fulginostrix multipunctata), and Larvops for eight extant species being the Andaman Masked Owl (Larvops deroepstorffi), the Sulawesi Masked Owl (Larvops rosenbergii), the Minahassa Masked Owl (Larvops inexpectatus), the Moluccan Masked Owl (Larvops sororculus), the Taliabu Masked Owl (Larvops nigrobrunneus), the Manus Masked Owl (Larvops manusi), the Golden Masked Owl (Larvops airantius), and the Australian Masked Owl (Larvops novaehollandiae).

No. Barn owls except bay owls are part of the Tyto genus.

Actually, members of the family Tytonidae are actually called "heart-faced owls" and the Tyto genus is now polyphyletic, the ashy-faced owl now belongs to the monotypic genus Argentocephalus, where its scientific name is actually now Argentocephalus glaucops, the three species of grass owl now constitute the genus Poestrix, where the scientific names of the oriental, african, and malagasy grass owls are Poestrix longimembris, Poestrix capensis, and Poestrix soumagnei respectively, the two species of sooty owl constitute the genus Fulginostrix, where the scientific names of the greater and lesser sooty owls are Fulginostrix tenebricosa and Fulginostrix multipunctata respectively, and the eight species of masked owl constitute the genus Larvops, where the scientific names of the australian, golden, manus, taliabu, moluccan, minahassa, sulawesi, and andaman masked owls are Larvops novaehollandiae, Larvops airantius, Larvops manusi, Larvops nigrobrunneus, Larvops sororculus, Larvops inexpectatus, Larvops rosenbergii, and Larvops deroepstorffi, the term "barn owl" now applies to the genus Tyto with now just three extant species being the Occidental Barn Owl (Tyto alba), the Oriental Barn Owl (Tyto javanica), and the New World Barn Owl (Tyto furcata), while the grass owls (genus Poestrix) and the ashy-faced owl (Argentocephalus glaucops) are officially sister taxa to the barn owls (genus Tyto), the sooty owls (genus Fulginostrix) and masked owls (genus Larvops) are actually both more closely related to the bay owls (genus Phodilus), this officially makes six extant genera of heart-faced owls (family Tytonidae) based on english name, in addition to there being two subfamilies, which are Tytoninae with the genera Tyto (Barn Owls), Poestrix (Grass Owls), and Argentocephalus (Ashy-Faced Owl Lineage) and Phodilinae with the genera Fulginostrix (Sooty Owls), Larvops (Masked Owls), and Phodilus (Bay Owls).
