  • To reconnect to your body, you have to be able to deepen your ability to feel your body in all positions and activities. When I do my training every day with 60 movements done in 60 minutes, this allows me to practice staying connected to my body in different situations by staying as calm and relaxed as I can as I perform each movement.

    Those ‘opening heart’ movements are used a lot in Qigong warm ups….

    Lv your channel. God bless u for your teaching. I am a senior really learning from your Flow. And Connections with body and mind I think in western culture we have a real disconnect between the mind and the body. I know I’m guilty of it, but there’s always room for improvement.

    I've been progressing with this.
    It started with sunsets and wide open areas and being still. I'm working in maintaining it while moving and hanging.
