I've got a 3070ti and a ryzen 7 5800X, but even with good computer specs you'll struggle. The only setup I saw that actually did really well for WvW was something using the ryzen 5800X3D processor. In the opening clip I'm only getting around ~27 fps in this 3-way. Getting anywhere near 60fps for big openfield fights is a big ask, even for good computer. Most time your biggest limiting factor is going to be server tick rate or ping. As for settings I'm on Lowest for Character Model Limit, Low for Character Model Quality, and I have Effect LoD checked to limit all the visual effects. You might not see everything but if you can read the tempo of a fight you won't need to. Effect LoD being unchecked is the biggest source of fps drops because the game will try to render *everything* you see. I only really enable that for PvE or PvP. The new Hide Ally Visual effects under General Options (at the bottom) helps a lot too when you have big ally blobs.
