True. Though MK missed a lot in this video, still impressed by just the sheer amount of filler dialogues in this game. Not even Cyberbug 2077 have this much dialogues.
Don't you just love the part at 8:50:00 where Peter has a long, meaningful conversation about technology with Drax's groin. Truly the dialogue in this game is next level.
It's going to be genuinely hard to go back to the James Gunn version after watching this whole thing. Seriously, absolutely amazing game and THANK YOU, MK, for giving it to us.
I love this depiction of Gamora, she’s so adorable. Most depictions of her only show her being tough and distant, but this game gave her more personality. I smile every time she mentions noodle bars and doll collecting, and the fact that she named the llama thing “Kammy” was the cutest thing ever. Mantis mentioning Gamora being suicidal at one point also reveals a more sensitive and vulnerable side to her trauma with Thanos, rather than just being angry at him 24/7.
From what I've seen and heard, this game is GREAT and a sleeper hit of this year. It's so sad that Avengers seemingly soured people on other Marvel games like this. Let's hope that the positive word of mouth will carry this game eventually. It would be a shame if it completely failed because people assumed that it's a trainwreck like Avengers. Buying it right now on the PS store.
Why was the Avengers game a train wreck? All things considered, it was pretty good. Granted that's just me, but I'm confused as to why so many people didn't like it. Was it because it was predictable?
I thought this was gonna be another throwaway movie tie in game, but damn was I wrong. This looks so good, and the dialog is flawless. Whoever wrote this script needs an award...seriously. What I noticed very clearly though was how they mixed the movie Guardians with the comic book Guardians (Al Ewing run primarily) with astounding fluidity. They put in so much from the comics in here, it's crazy! Then they drop in some lines and characterization elements from the movies and so people who don't read the comics feel at home. Amazing. For real, this has completely converted me and convinced me to buy this game asap.
@@killerscorp134 More like 2 gens ago. They slowly died out in the PS3/360/Wii Era when Batman Arkham taught them how to make a successful franchise without being tied down to a movie.

Shoutout to Drax. Peter spoke for about 10 minutes looking straight at his package, but Drax never even once reminded Quill that Drax's eyes, similar to that of a human, were placed in orbital cavities in his skull. What a great man.
This game is Game of the Year for me, in my opinion. It Just proves that not every MARVEL game has to be open world to be perfect. It's the full story driven that makes it groundbreaking. This game will be up there along with Spiderman and Wolverine. Period. Just them three only.
I just started playing this game and I totally recommend it, but like everyone is saying the dialogue is so amazing that when I made slightly different decisions than the person playing this I got totally different dialogue too. Awesome game and Tysm for this!!

10:40:20 I like that they tease the 4th wall by making it a part of Peter's character. In reality, it's just gamer habits to check every little nook and cranny. In the game, Peter's mother knows he always takes a while when he promises to come down. Rocket mocks him "You happy Quill? You found the dead end!". Nikki thinks he's trying to escape or isn't taking her Nova authority seriously because she's a kid. It's pretty cool.
It made me laugh at Seknarf 9 when I went to collect parts for the upgrade, and Rocket started mocking me: "Oh, I am Star Lord! Look guys, there is some absolutely cool pile of garbage laying on the ground. Let's stick our fingers in it!" :D

10 hours in, and let's just stay that I haven't skip any scenes or fight scenes. Which is very rare for me to do so. This game is literally MY type of game. This game is what I've always wanted. Many dialogues (which i really like, it's feels like I'm genuinely in there with them. And it shows their bond with each other), no 20 minutes fight scene that takes forever to defeat, and my fav chatactrr is Star-Lord. Oh man, this is the best game to me.

Wow, kudos to all the developers, staff, and team who were a part of this masterful game. The playthrough letting us see every dialogue, following in characters choices, and game exposition in the game was fantastic which made the video much more enjoyable to watch. This is without a doubt GOTY (Game of the Year) category game and I put this up there with the likes of Uncharted! I got really teary during Peter and Nikki bonding moment near the end. I also laugh at the funny moments between the characters and the humor throughout the game. Love the unexpected boss at the end as well. If I had a gaming console or PC that can play this game I would totally buy this game. I can't say enough about how amazing and great the game is. It is a big step for Marvel's franchises and next gen video games.

This game certainly isn't 10/10. The puzzles were seriously poorly explained and if you have young ones playing it they can struggle. 6/10 at best.

This is the best quality gameplay I have ever seen. My dudes even scrolling through all the stuff so we can pause to read. He lets the characters talk
