"リベリオンウィッチのうた" is used by the United States of Liberion for the march of their Witch Fighter Corps.
I do not represent any of the ideologies, countries, or religions shown on this channel. The purpose of this channel and its content is to historically present the music at hand and does not show support for nor against the party on screen, rather a neutral preservation standpoint so that the music is not lost to time. Not all parties shown on Danjori are widely accepted, however, I merely upload their songs to record history, good or bad.
As an airman, I like how they tried to keep the original meaning of the lyrics-first verse as "we are the Air Force and we're gonna fight you", the second showing a poeticized history of air power, the third paying tribute to those who came before, and the final one as what's basically "the skies are ours."
I've never heard the Air Force song sound so good
Same! I love it. I'll sing it in Japanese sometime.
"Sergeant Kyle, load up the A-10!"
"Sir, Yes Sir!"
Based Danjori, I actually forgot to watch this anime. Elon joked he wants to make catgirls real but I want jetgirls actually.
Hello darkness my old friend
Finally I'm the first to comment
Damn, that's so unexpected.
Seris is more than 10 years old
I swear UA-cam is trying to make me a Weeb… between this, War Thunder videos using memes, and Thunderbolt 1000’s Q&A there has been a concerning amount of anime in my subscriptions recently and then one of my friends badgering me to watch AoT 😂
Find it interesting how well it’s able to follow the original tune of Into the Wild Blue Yonder.
Also what the heck is being consumed by those that make military anime?
Back then when im obsessed with military stuff i hate anime..
And now im a weeb myself
You should watch Girls und Panzer. That's surprisingly what a lot of people start with, even if for the real military facts and not the cuteness.
@@seronymus That I believe is the one that I have been bombarded with via War Thunder and Thunderbolt.
Good stuff.
March of the Greater German Imperial Air Force (1942-2006) "Was Wollen Wir Trinken"
Was wollen wir trinken, sieben Tage lang,
Was wollen wir trinken, so ein Durst.
Was wollen wir trinken, sieben Tage lang,
as an aviation fan and a military march enthusiast, it hurts so much…
The fact that they'd do this for the Wild Blue Yonder and keep the translation in the same spirit of the original lyrics should make you happy!
@@BoeingB17FF well...i would be delighted if those lyrics doesn't have anime adaptions such as "liberion", "neuroi" or something like that and played by professional band like girls und panzer did to some marches, not the voice actress or pop artists.
sure i know this remix is for strike witches but i'm extremely disappointed that this one is the only "legit" japanese vocal cover of wild blue yonder, all of the others are fan-made, amateur recordings...and personally i dislike this kind of anime, which modifying everything into school girls. i'm just a fan of aviation and not those fictitious plane girls for otakus and weebs.
@@ErikaZim The fact that the Wild Blue Yonder even gets a nod is a win for me! None of the other service marches even show up in an anime outside of GuP
@@ErikaZim Except the Strike Witches aren't School girls; they are child soldiers with magic powers fighting aliens in the 1940's. The series of Strike Witches is a series about a world where Humanity toke a different course in their history where all of humanity became a bit more united and more upholding to the vaunted virtues of both their nations and the human spirit, regardless of borders, race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, or creed and where that humanity managed to escape most of the darkness and failings and evils that it fell to in our history; all for the sake of enduring against a force that seeks to destroy all humanity. It is an uplifting tale and it's one that actually goes into deep respect and knowledge into military subjects and war history and the history of WW2. Every facet of Strike Witches contains a respectful and knowledgeable nod, reference and exploration of and aspect of WW2 history through the back drop of a WW2 magical girl series. Every witch is the magical girl counterpart of an actual Wartime Aviation ace, every battle a reference to a real battle in a new context and every Neuroi the personified alien spirit of a prototype or actual military war machine
I have not only been a fan of aviation, in my teenage years I was an Air Cadet of the 907th White Rock Squadron (now 907th Black Knights squadron) and I am a fan of Strike Witches because it is a series that pays homage and respect to the spirit of WW2 and those who fought in it but also managed to speak to a hopeful, idealistic optimism that extols the virtue of the human spirit and all that unities humanity with itself regardless of distinctions between us. As a fan of aviation; Strike Witches is a love letter to it's subject matter, of WW2 and aviation.
And I frankly can't get enough of this series, it's character's, it's world building, it research, it's attention to detail, it's story, it's action set pieces, everything. With respect; you miss the forest for the trees
Bro, first Code Geass Brittania anthem, then Strike Witches. Im crying from how much you are based. Can i request "Chi-ha-tan no Raba-san"?
I have lots more GUP videos planned, but in the meantime, I already have a GUP playlist 😉 ua-cam.com/play/PLZalkR9yzvmn1PR5Y1ifP8To5gRTVNugr.html
@@Danjori I know about GuP playlist, but i ask for this song specifically. Thanks!

Hell nah 💀
This is just a bootleg version of the US air force anthem
Considering the Liberion faction is a direct port of the US Arm Air Corps, utilizing equipment inspired by the 'stang, I'd hope they'd use the USAAC Wild blue Yonder...
