I love this game.. I guess the main thing to emphasis is this : QMgeneral is a CARD GAME with a board, not a card driven wargame (as for example Memoir 44, or tank leader). the aim of each nation is to play status card and event cards that produce VP, according to the situation on the board. So, which regions to target, according to the cards you can play, is really the core of this great game
Nice review! I go to Gen Con every year and I ended up finding my way to a gaming charity event and I met Ian Brody, the creator of the game, there. At first I didn't realize he was the one who made it but I learned to play the game from him personally on his giant carpet game board. He said it was like $1,000 to make it. It looked really cool. It was well done and we played with large wooden blocks. I really enjoyed it, probably moreso than normal because Ian was the one who was playing with us.
By the way, Navies can attack land units and land units can attack Navies on the board. I learned this from watching other videos. So, when a Navy wants to attack a land unit, it must play a Land Battle card. Similarly, when a land unit wants to attack a Naval unit, it must play a Sea Battle card. Overall, Quartermaster General WW2 is a great game!
Sounds great! Is the version with France/China "Total war" good? I find it hard to play EWsetern Allies with only the BEF or fight Japan on land without China.

Such passion in your words! This review is gold. Thanks!
As was commented previously, I am also buying this game today, based on your review. Thank you, Marco.
Thank you for reviewing this game.
Thanks for that review. I was on the fence about making this purchase but now I will go out and buy it.
Fantastic review for a great game. After this video I will be sure to use the Peek-a-Boo war-cry! 😄

The response card in this game is like the response card in Magic: The Gathering. BooYeah!, Surpise!, Pikachu! Haha...
Sorry. I meant Pokemon. A Feudium slip... Gaming humor.
Thanks for the review. Btw "Bombers" is pronounced "Bomers" the second "B" is silent.
