This is fantastic - I'm a graphic designer who designs and sells stained glass patterns online. I'm going to redo all of my vector images of "finished" stained glass patterns using this tutorial and it's going to make my listings and marketing look absolutely amazing. Thank you for figuring this effect out and putting this tutorial together!
Hi! Where can I find your work? Would love to see your style
As a starting designer this blows my mind, amazing!!
Bravo !!!!
this channel inspires me to practice diff things. thank you for the tutorial!
Did u learn to do this on your own??!! Unbelievable! Wish I had ur skills
Thanks for this. I had this idea for a stainless effect but didn’t know where to start to get the effect I desired ❤
Amazing!!! 😊👍
This tutorial is fantastic. I created a design using this technique and printed it for framing. It looks gorgeous and just like stained glass! Thanks so much for sharing this tutorial. I really appreciate it.
Glad it was helpful!
Wow! 🤯
Thank you so much for doing this tutorial, it was amazing and easy to follow!
Glad it was helpful!
first one ! thanks for the tutorial
Thank you.
A big Thank You, I am gonna try my own design and use your settings!
Have fun!
This is great, I was able to follow all your steps. I noticed you were on RGB mode, so if you want to print just select CMYK.
Is it easier to start with RGB so you can deal with 3 colors only, even though you k ow it will print not web?
Wow
Great video. I've noticed when I apply the roughen effect on the line work that is scaled down, effect result is not the same as on the larger scale. Any tips on how to get the same result regardless of size?
Hi! I am planning on making a piece with this method ... I was wondering does this work on the 2015 version?
This is helpful. By the way, I can't see what brush you applied at 16:26
You're an amazing tutorial instructor. I designed my own stained glass in Illustrator and I followed all your steps. I have a question regarding adding a 2nd stroke to the frame near the end of your video (17:13 minutes). You mentioned to "Align the Stroke to Outside". Unfortunately, it doesn't give me that option as it won't change from "Align the Stroke to Centre". Any tips you can give me would be much appreciated.
I know I'm late on this, but that's usually because your shape isn't fully closed, so it doesn't know what's inside and what's outside. Try command+J to join the lines.
Great tutorial . Questions . Why 72 ppi and not 300? And if It's a Logo , and for printing ,do you have to put 300 ppi and CMYK ? I just want to make sure im doing it right. Thanks!

Cool tut, but man you go through that so fast it's really hard to keep up! Plus, I think at the start you have the art board set up at 850px but you say to make it 880px ( I think...... your accent is tricky to follow at such speeds too, sorry!). But a great video anyway!
I wish to see a design for church in free designs..
