Wouldn't it be better to write the score in the key of Eb major, so u have also the Ab in the key signature? Just asking

Yes, Eb key instead of Bb. I feel like the Eb is the tonic chord and Cm sounds like the sixth chord of the scale.

Improper key signatures are a common problem here; it would improve some otherwise really great transcriptions.
