Me and my brother are 17 years apart and we were close then he left when he came back into my life we are now all awkward and the first time I hugged him was 3 years later and I cried cause I got to hug him
Aw this made me cry : (. My sister got married today and I almost busted out in tears but I held it in till I came home. I cried so much. I just let it all out, and for once I realized what it felt like to really lose someone. It hurt so much, yet I am so happy for her and I know she is not far away. But I know that it's not going to be us anymore like when we were both single and young. Just watching movies, laughing about guys, going to school, partying/clubbing, traveling to miami together in her old car thinking it would die ( oh the memories!), eating dinner at night, borrowing her clothes/tampons/any other stuff vice versa, getting advice from her and her assuring everything is going to be ok. Realizing these things now makes me so depressed. Cause now she is with her husband and everything is different. Going to starbucks/shopping and doing funny things. being in the room next to her... and so much more! I love her so much dearly : ) .... God Bless Ily sister you will always be my single sissy in my heart.

They mean so much to me.

When I get married one day my brother said he would walk me down the aisle. We are half siblings 16 years apart but he lost his father at 14 and I lost mine when I was 16. I’m 18 now and he has always been there to understand when I’m grieving. This gave me the idea to do a brother sister dance with him since I can’t do the father daughter dance ❤️
