Great review, thanks! First thing I thought about these on my first listen was they are very smooth sounding. I have the T10's as well, both very fantastic values!
@@mrcrunch8000 because they sound NOT dynamic and very undefined to my ears, it goes that far that i consider them a spiceless stew. Why 3 drivers when everything is boiled together that far that one does not recognize the original ingredients any more. For me its a beautiful shell just waisted, sorry there are lots of Options for half the price which outperform them by far
@markhaneklaus282 mind elaborating? Compared to what? Tips, source volume, etc. It's a shame they don't work for you. Most other reviews I watched seem to say positives in regard to clarity, resolution, separation, bass. Likewise, they mostly also mention power/source and volume. It has me really curious about your conditions/setup.
@@mrcrunch8000 it is regardless of setup and volume, it is the IEM (in comparison to my others : Arrti t10, KZ PRX U. 12 Pro, Sennheiser IE 200 u. 600), it is simply worst
@markhaneklaus282 you say that, but source and tips change a lot. Especially in the part of the frequency and issues that seem to be bothering you given your examples. There's a theme amongst all the iems you mentioned outside of the large price gap, for all but two planars anyway, that the R1 doesn't necessarily fit in. Everyone has different tastes and priorities, so it's understandable you don't like something that others might. The only thing that really throws me for a loop is the ie200. It makes me question whether technicalities is really the issue or if it's actually an apparent resolution thing... Thanks for commenting though.
