I think adding spinach Parmigiano and garlic but I am one who thinks adding garlic makes most things better.
My wife adds so much garlic to her Michelin-star-ratable spaghetti sauce that the vampires in the next block call us up to complain.

It amazes me how many people on this channel making cooking videos do not know how to properly hold a chefs knife and hold the opposite hand and fingers correctly to avoid a serious injury. Positively incredible. Here is a great example to illustrate my point. At the same time she is teaching amateurs a potentially dangerous and incorrect technique which can lead them to a serious injury. This also applies to woodworking videos with the use of saws and other dangerous tools and techniques.
With the advent of UA-cam, it has attracted many amateurs to make instructional video demonstrations using incorrect methods and practices that inexperienced people end up believing as correct procedures and in many cases leading them to serious injuries.
A lot of people who are making these videos are mostly there because it adds to their already inflated egos by seeing themselves on a world wide network and making money.
One auto mechanic on UA-cam has probably made a million $$ this way and it’s only his opinion. He’s not right a lot of the time as he often contradicts himself in later videos.

I use hard cream cheese with 50% fat, which is, of course, not processed cheese (that’s different)

In plaats van olie een houten pollepel overdwars op een open pan pasta leggen. Dan kookt het water ook niet over. Het recept ziet er verder lekker uit.

Oil in the water prevents the sauce from sticking well to the pasta. Never ‘oil’ your pasta water.
Na ja, das Gericht soll in 5 Min. fertig sein, aber das Video dauert schon 7 Min…. Penne oder Rigatoni brauchen alleine ca. 10-12 Min. Kochzeit
Fehler 1: kein Öl ins Pastawasser geben!!! Lernt man in jedem besseren Video über Pasta. Die Oberfläche von Nudeln soll möglichst offen und rau bleiben, damit die Saucen besser anhaften.
Fehler 2: Pastawasser erst am Ende der Kochzeit entnehmen. Dann ist mehr Stärke von der Pasta drinnen, die die Sauce schöner bindet.
Ansonsten könnte das ganz lecker werden!
Tipp: ein paar kleingehackte Kapern und/oder Oliven (nicht zu viel) mit den Jungzwiebeln angedünstet könnten dem Ganzen noch einen letzten Kick geben. Wer es pikanter mag, ein paar gehackte Chilis könnten sich ganz gut machen.

Ricetta interessante! Giustissimo l' olio d' oliva ma perchè olio nell' acqua? Rovina la consistenza della pasta che comunque non si attacca se l' acqua è abbondante. L' acqua va salata al bollore e non a freddo 😀
I turned your video off when I saw that you did NOT also list the OZ for the pasta. NO reason why all of you "cooks" can't use BOTH if you do these. I don't like having to do the conversions myself, from Grams and ML's. SO I turn all of them off. Thanks anyway but maybe you'll take this hint.

Not dried in packets from shop shelves but made with Duran wheat eggs and milk then the fresh dough is rolled out and you use a pasta cutter to turn it into what type os pasta you want it only keeps for about 4 days and is just beautiful compared to dried pasta that’s just convenient that’s why a lot of people use it. Fresh pasta is cooked in seconds 🙏💕don’t try it you will become hooked and never eat dried again 🙏
I guess it takes a college degree to count the actual number of ingredients which is spring onion, cream, cheese, salt, pepper, noodles,… looks good, but it is definitely more than three, so who is doing the counting? And as far as the noodles, I have bought this kind of noodles, and it takes more than five minutes to prepare them. Why not just tell the truth?
