Of course! Thank you for your comment. I have debated whether or not to niche down more in the past, but I think everyone could use the information I put out. I may do some videos that just relate to females sometimes, but they are still open for males to watch. I think it helps give leadership or people on the crews insight to things females may or maynot have to think about/consider over their male counterparts.
