I think it's also normal to crave "nostalgic" foods in pregnancy, too -- things which you ate as a child, etc. And both myself and like every pregnant woman I have talked to we all wanted fruit sooooo much haha
It’s so wonderful to see that you’re feeling good and are enjoying pregnancy so much, despite the hard times it can give you.
I can relate to the food problem so much. It feels really good to hear that you have the same experience. I haven’t been able to eat Korean food either, the smell is already too much for me … so I am cooking a lot these days because I crave my mom’s homemade (western) cooking so much ☺️. For me I think it has a lot to do with feeling comforted. Mom’s food = comfort, warmth, love. Cooking myself is the next best thing for me 😅. The blog gives me a little bit of hope that the Korean food appetite might come back.

Congratulations with ur pregancy.. been a silent viewers of ur vlogs its my first time giving a comment. 😊😊 all i can say is every pregnancy differ in every woman..first trimester is crucial all i can say is please take good care of ur cravings. Its a strange feeling with ur hormones and spiritually. I can relate when u said... i just crave danish food hahaha so real like im like that too.. fruits is so good. Alcohol is ok but moderately and coffee too.. so yeah i wish u all d best with ur pregnancy and im praying for all the way 9 mos will be alright cuz isnt easy.. this will be a next stage of ur life that u will cheerish more ur own mum. Cuz u urself becoming a mum is a real deal to all women out there.
One last tip emotions may rise up during pregancy but please try to make way and find way to be positive cuz d lil one will feel what u feelin.

Sometimes it feels very touching how innocent you can be! I say that in a positive way, it could just be because I'm older (Jack's age☺). So caffeine can be even stronger in matcha and green + black tea than coffee, and even decaf coffee does have caffeine, just a weaker amount but it is still is caffeine. Are you trying to cut on caffeine? If you need your morning black tea and other caffeinated teas, it means your body likes it ☺
A standard cup of coffee has more caffeine than all of the options i mentioned. You should not drink more than 200mg in pregnancy per day but I personally kept mine between 0-100mg from the moment i mentioned 💚

It’s so interesting how much medicine changes from country to country because in Mexico one of the things doctors tell you to avoid while pregnant is tea, it’s considered dangerous because you can’t have full control over how much active ingredient you are drinking so they recommend not to drink any tea 🤔

I've also used Pyunkangyul’s calming line for a few years and I was always satisfied with it!! I even tried to sneak in the products for my bf who hates doing skincare that's more than 2 steps 😪😅 also I recommend you come back to that tea shop once you can drink caffeine again! It's my favorite around the Bukcheon area and I always buy sets of tea for my dad as a gift when I come back home from Korea (he LOVES tea haha)! Best wishes 💚

So actually it’s just what the brand have told me, but yes there are certain criteria. Personally I use any products as long as it’s not for acne, doesn’t have retinol/retinal, has no scent/perfume/essential oil, and such 💚

I've been experiencing a challenging first trimester myself. I'm currently in my 16th week and nausea hasnt's stopped bothering me once. It feels like things get better whenever I eat something, but it just gets worse seconds later. This is crazy. On the other hand, my skin is finally recovering after weeks of crazy breakouts. BTW, mine is a GIRL!!!! Can't wait for the gender reveal ;-)

@@sisselab yes, I tried two different medications, both specific and both of them antisthamine (never thought they could work against nausea as well!)... None of them worked. I guess I'll just have to roll with it 🤷🏻♀️
