I heard the organ very softly everytime... often in Christian/Catholic orphanages they would play the organ during class or at night to teach and calm children.
I started hearing it at like the halfway mark of the vid. That's kind of calming but at the same time it was happening constantly and is somewhat odd. So maybe the spirits are just trying to calm themselves?

The PTSD I got the second I heard “boy orphanage” omg…. I’ve only explored around NSW but this is by far the second scariest place I’ve ever been too. I have scary photos/videos, I heard keys swinging, we were chased by shadow figures. Literally everything terrible we experienced it, if you guys ever come back to NSW I’ll happily be your your guide

St John's orphanage was crazy

Unfortunately the orphanage has since been destroyed - I live in Goulburn (location of the boys home). I would also love for them to come back to the orphanage! But sadly that will not happen.
