Get koe back on this podcast, one of the better conversations I’ve seen between another guy , based off of previous stories between the two and similarity. Lots of connection
Remember seeing Koe in Stephenville. He was handing out his first cd for free. We loved it at Tarelton and we still Love ole Koe. Proud of the fella. I kept that old CD for a long time. Great interview TL!
Just saw him and Pecos and The Rooftops at the Oregon Jamboree. They were both amazing! They really pissed off the boomers though. Can't have Neal Mccoy and Koe on the same ticket 😂😂
Seen Koe for the first time last night at the Macon outdoor theater and his crew is amazing so professional, seen Tracy several times in Macon haven’t missed his shows in awhile keep it up guys
Seen koe last year in Colombia sc and going to see him again next weekend in Colombia again. Man puts on a heck of a show and would recommend to anyone. Would love to see T.L. if he comes close to the mtns of nc anytime soon. One of my all time faves back to the mullet 90's.
I’ve seen Koe at least 10 times. Oddly enough I was standing in line behind Tracy and the Pier One Imports in Texarkana once and he shook my hand. Pasture party story is exactly how I grew up in Texarkana.
@@Moose1626 I’ve enjoyed them all I normally get pit tickets so I can be in the crowd depending which venue sometimes pit gets packed but always a great show
Seeing Koe Wetzel on Tracy Lawrence podcast bad ass brother, but when Tracy Lawrence said Joe Stampley and that song, he sings i wonder what’s happening in the bar across the street one of the best country songs ever made💯🇺🇸🫡
When he talked about Lubbock Texas being mud and dust I can’t disagree. However those shows in west Texas hit different. Wild folks in west Texas. Only the tough can make it out there
I grew up listening to alibis, somebody paints the wall, just can’t break it to my. Always loved Tracy still do. But about 3 years ago someone sent me a video and it was Koe live in Starkville Mississippi and I’ve bought everyone of his albums. Anytime an artist can find a way to work Taco Bell into a song they’ve got me intrigued
I've seen Bill Anderson 3 times in concert. The last time I saw him, my niece was about 5 years old, and I got a picture of her sitting on his knee. That was pretty cool. Also, that was in Del Grosso Park in Pennsylvania. I love to go to free shows like that.
@@theerealtracylawrence Yes, I am. I would love for you to come to Del Grosso Park so I could get my picture and a shirt. Del Grosso Park is in Tyrone, PA.
Back in the 90s in dadeville alabama the rodeo club bar on any giving weekend had a great country star singing. Now its a poker night club. We also had the silver spur in auburn and its a been bulldozed down and a oil express place. I miss the 90s. Aaron tippin let me get on stage with him when i was about 12 or so and signed his hat and gave it to me. Back when your parents could bring you in a bar as a kid.
I'm a little older but after wrapping up 8 years in the Marines and 25.5 in law enforcement, I decided to get a degree to cater to my "out to pasture" gig. So much makes sense now ha!! I remember coming back the Fall of 2020(Tarleton State University)...post, the never ending spring break...to one of the younger students talking about "the head guru displeased that Koe (f'n) Wetzel decided to come have a random concert. Students came from all corners and now COVID is running rampant. "😂😂😂 I thought.....hmmmm....he must really hate this guy if he gave him THAT middle name. Great story! Covid was annoying. But not as bad as masks you couldn't breathe though. 🙄

Koe puts on one of the best concerts. If you have a chance to go to one, do it. You won't regret it.
good to know i’ve been wanting to go but i’ve heard mixed opinions
@@Moose1626 it's just like everybody else some people like some singers and some people don't you just have to go to form your own opinion.
