    That was the most peaceful tutorial I have ever seen. It was informative, and simply impressive. I am so thankful for the solid Rock in the heart that teaches us how to overcome obstacles with grace, peace, pvc pipes and winches...(cue music)

    Makes you appreciate how well ancient peoples knew their stuff moving blocks weighing 10s of tons into place

    This was helpful, though I don't know about tying the winch that high up the trunk of those trees. I'd probably try to hook it up the nearest possible to the tree's base.

    At the risk of diluting the current Alien deluge, may want to use softeners on the trees you want to keep. scrap carpet works very well. keep up the good work.

      🤣👊
      Ya seriously
      This post was meant to help other builders. But turned into a masterclass on ancient alien technology 🤔🤷‍♂️😂
      Anyway, thanks for your advise!
      Ya I have definitely updated some of my methods since posting this video
      😅👍🤙👊❤️

    You should try an over the shoulder boulder holder :-P I like the skid boards and pvc pipe method. Nice. I have winches and snatch block ect. My land is full of giant boulders. Some the size of cars. But I have lots and lots of them the size of the ones you showed. I should probably build a castle or something .

      Ha! Thanks. Ya I’m always thinking of new ways to move rock. I think a gurney style mechanism might work good🤔

    Try acoustic lubrication my friend. 42-49 hz resonator with a metal pale and a board underneath.

    Could you do Egypt size boulders?

    so, if you were building the great pyramid at Giza, how would you do it?

    • @livingwaterslandscapingash3119
      @livingwaterslandscapingash3119  2 роки тому

      Probably some kind of block and tackle crane. A large pulley system. I guess
      Never really tried to move anything that big by hand!😅

      Also weight balancing. If you find the center point of a large boulder, and can get a block under it, you can put weight on one side and lift the other side up. Then continue to put small blocks near the center as it gets raised up. Never tried it, but heard it works.

      It’s funny how popular this post got. It was made for landscapers moving small boulders. But I get a ton of comments about the pyramids! I don’t really know much about that😅😂✌️

      Nah, thos mofos had something else. Some x-ray pistol or some lazer shait to turn solid boulders into play-doh and back to solid granite and limestone again.

  • @ericmcdowell5762

    That's great and all, but how would one move actual "large boulders", ... that are about 1000 times larger than those. Is there major heavy duty cranes that are available to tackle such behemoths ?, ... probably large than the stones at Stonehedge.

    • @tpxchallenger
      @tpxchallenger 2 роки тому +1

      I would love to see 4000 year old video of those moves! I don't think any "Advanced Lost Technology" was used, just common sense, hard work, and some techniques so clever we would say "Doh! Of course!"

      I don’t deal with rocks that large.

      4” pvc pipe should work good for moving your BAR’s across grass and dirt, make sure to use 6 rollers , spaced 6” apart. I’m a plumber of 40 🤢🤮🤮🤮 years, moved plenty of things with pvc.
      Now get to work on that pyramid !

  • @nyuvert

    And that's how they built the pyramids .with a winch a chain and some webbing and a snatch block 🤓
