The guys are dressed up for like four different seasons
Living in the UK will do that to you.
squid season
Superb.
Got to be one of the best bands around over the last year or so.
I agree and trust ur opinion cuz of ur profile pic😎
This song made my squid allergy dissapear
One of the greatest band in the world 🌎💥
I went through this cycle:
1. Jesus, I hate this drummer singing
2. "well, I mean, it has a lot of personality"
3. "Nah man, I guess it's kinda catchy..."
4. "don't push me in"
5. "DON'T PUSH ME IN"
6. "WELL, YOU'RE PUSHING ME IN"
I went through this as well lmao
Most people that I show this band to don’t like the vocals at first, but I feel like they will grow on you if you just embrace them. BGF is a challenging, beautiful and risky album, and I love it more every time I listen. It’s one that doesn’t click right away, because it’s just so dense, left turn after left turn. I keep hearing new bits I’ve not heard before all the time.
It kinda reminds me of a mixture of Les Claypool from primus and David Byrne from Talking Head with a unique twist. I love the vocalist that go against the norm, its refreshing
At first I was like “this is pretty standard punk singing” but he’s so expressive and his inflections go a long way
…TWO THREE FOUR
BLACK GIZZARD AND THE MIDI WIZARD
Yea? I think… yea
The mix is so good here holy moly
innit
@@Squidbanduk no way.... I love you guys 😎❤️
fucking gods of their craft.
IM CALLING IT FROM NOW: BRIGHT GREEN FIELD = ALBUM OF THE YEAR
Likely gonna be in my top 5. And the fact that it will most definitely be accompanied by BC, NR & black midi is just nuts.
These are my thoughts exactly.
@@halt.halt.halt. bro we're getting black midi and squid IN THE SAME MONTH like that shit is beyond me
@@enriqueortiz5036 True, it’s brilliant!
I concur dear boy
GREAT😃 sorry when I'm remembered for CAN, B52's, GONG.... U Youngsters have the Groove😁 Rock'n'Roll🤘😜🤘
AMAZING
WAHNSINN! super cool
So good
Brilliant
Like Battles
Squid fucking rock
Do squids ink?
Love this. Although am undecided about the drummers vocals. His drumming is on the money though. Brilliant song and amazing mix
@Gaynor Lewis love crack cloud although I personally find their drummers vocals way more irritating than squids. I can’t cope with how much the guy try’s to sound like a London punk from the 70s, he’s from Canada lol
king gizzard meets post rock
So since this is SXSW these guys probably only got paid 10 bucks
Sorry but that is just a load of nonsense
lol
😭😭
for you
Agreed. This is terrible. And that’s just for me. It’s my opinion. Others may enjoy this and I don’t want to upset them. That’s ok if you like this. You just have terrible taste in music.
