  • The purpose of the Society of American Archivists - Archivists of Religious Collections Section, Models and Resources Committee (MRC) is to provide information to section members on all aspects of archival work relating to the administration of religious collections.
Do you have moving image materials in your collections that you would love to have seen and shown? Or do you want to start a digitization project but don't know where or how to start? Join us for this Lunch & Learn training session, where we'll cover the basics of film preservation and identification, how to prep your film materials for digitization, understanding digitization services and budgets, and discussions to have with vendors for outsourcing. Once you understand the basics shown in the session, you'll have the skills and confidence to work with and outsource your materials for digitization.
