Oh my God. Yup this is SO Chi-Chi and college Goten Chi-Chi may want Goten and Gohan to study, but with Gohan being the oldest she can handle him moving out, Goten being the youngest changes the WHOLE GAME given how mothers tend to dot on the youngest child and we saw how Chi-Chi doted on Gohan when he was a kid, imagine Goten since we saw how she acted when he began dating in GT especially City Girls
