This seems like a really well fleshed out entry level course. Like you said, that fact that you get hands on experience with so many practical exercises and with exposure to multiple different facets of cybersecurity; it will really help newbies (like me) figure out which area of cybersecurity they should pursue after this cert. This is pretty baller. I previously did Network+ and the biggest drawback I saw was the fact that you end up with all this theoretical knowledge and no hands on experience. I really find that doing practical exercises in conjunction with theory really helps cement things.

I think the thing I like most about this cert is the hands on portion. Many exams like Sec+ focus on theory so being able to actually work with a real device is really nice.
I think this is the best beginner cybersecurity certification one can get from the one and only Offensive Security. I really like the idea that it is not focused on any single path, instead it provides hands on knowledge for all related topics. I personally like to explore the Offensive side as well as the GRC part of this course.🤞
As someone who recently transitioned into IT and is now thinking about transitioning into cyber security, I think the best thing I can get out of this course is getting exposure to the different paths and identifying the path that most interests me.
I have gone through the course syllabus, and I can say it is awesome because it includes cloud computing, AI, malware analysis, and more. I can't wait for the giveaway. All the best to everyone
i’ve been working in the tech field over the last 10 years or so. started my journey to swap over to the cybersecurity field. originally planned to go to WGU but this course seems like a potential better bang for buck especially with the hands on labs.
What I love about the OSCC is that it's designed specifically for people who are new to the field, made by the masters. As someone graduating college, it would be a great opportunity!
As someone who is transitioning from being in IT for a decade to a more cybersecurity focused career, I am very interested in learning more about how the different offensive and defensive skillset overlap from the eyes of OffSec. I’m not entirely sure what I want to be when I grow up, so I feel this course would definitely be helpful! Great video, Sandra!
Im really interest in getting more knowledge of the red team and understand exactly what is in store for me if a follow that path. I just finished the google cybersecurity certification and I liked it but I felt like it was very broad and some topics felt like I was just getting an overview instead of actually learning skills that I could use in future. I believe this course could be a step in the right direction for me.
After retiring in 2020, which included a 15 year (1992-2007) chapter in IT as a Network-System admin, I’m ready to re-enter the industry as a security professional. The OSCC seems to be the right way to enter this specific domain. Great content. Very informative. Thanks for sharing your expertise and knowledge.
As a newbie trying to enter into Cybersecurity i haven't seen enough beginner courses that have high quality, hands-on labs compared to just written theory. That is what i'm most excited for
Hi Sandra I have been in the IT world for over 15 years and have always been passionate about cybersecurity. I am self-taught and I use all the resources I can find to get into this field. This course is for me because it covers the read and the blue team side and is the ticket for getting the foot in the door for a cybersec job.
I'm transitioning into cybersecurity. I've built a home lab and I've been following along in books. Most of what I know is self-taught, and I was looking for a video that would suggest a certification that focused on the hands-on and not just theory and multiple choice questions. I wanted something that teaches an actual skillset. Red teaming is where my current interests lie, but that may change as I learn more about other aspects of cybersecurity. Thank you for your content. I was impressed by how in-depth this certification is.
Really informative video🙌. I just passed my security+ 1 week ago but honestly I felt that I didn't add much because of non-practical experience. Really excited to take it, this course would help me too much to enhance my defensive skills to become a cyber analyst then go for higher roles in future.
I have been working on computers since I was 12 years old, And now being able to learn more on cyber security since i am going to pursue a degree in Cyber Security, learning and getting these certifications is like taking a step closer to hitting my milestone! I Hope I can learn and help people with my skills!
I think the price is expensive, but the content is great. Having relevant knowledge, even if it's not too deep, about every field is a good thing because it can help provide a different perspective, like understanding how SOC works if I'm doing red team activities
Having recently passed the Security+ exam, I am particularly excited about the module on offensive security, which promises to deepen my understanding of proactive defense strategies. The hands-on labs included in the course will provide me with invaluable practical experience. Thank you for offering this certification opportunity to your subscribers!
i am currently doing my bachelors in cybersecurity and I have found that the university curriculum doesn't give you that much hands on practise ( as I would like ) plus its very general. i am most excited about learning both red and blue team concepts, I think its such a HUGE win if you can get knowledge with hands on practise of BOTH teams via one certification , and that I'll be learning info that will actually be useful for me in the industry
As an analyst on the blue team I have always been interested in the red teaming but felt intimidated by the OSCP due to my lack of background in pen testing and technical skills. What I am most excited about is how available this course is, its depth, and its. Potential for impact on specializing my career. I just wanted to say thank you so much for creating this video as I would have never become aware of this great opportunity!
I studied Industrial Engineering in college, but I've always worked in tech. Being in tech, I've noticed how vulnerable we all are to cyber threats specially with radio comms. I'm excited to learn about the ins and outs of cyber sec and how we can be better prepared to handle such threats.
Transitioning into a new career is difficult. And it’s hard to get hands on experience. This course would be a huge opportunity for anyone new to the field. With courses/bootcamps being so expensive, this seems like an amazing alternative. I’m excited that it also touches on all roles to help figure out what you actually want to do.
I am based in Central Africa and no Institution is offering such a rich program , currently shifting to Information Security and OSCP is the way compared to Security + which I thought was the best . I have vested interest in Scripting, Python, Operating System, Offensive, Defensive and any other information shared in the full OSCC SEC-100.
As someone who just finished the Google Cybersecurity Program, I seen the course offers a lot of hands on labs which is the most important in my opinion in cyber. I would love a chance to receive this course and further enhance my knowledge and hands on work!
As a young student passionate about cybersecurity, I’m incredibly eager to take the OSCC course. The chance to dive into this field and gain essential skills and knowledge is so exciting, especially without financial worries. I’m looking forward to learning how to protect data, tackle security challenges, and help make the digital world safer. This course could be a game-changer for me, and I can't wait to see how much it will help me grow. Thankyou for the honest review😊
I'm currently enrolled in WGU and im 3/4 completed in my cybersecurity degree. I'm now looking into getting real world experience and this aligns perfectly into what I'm searching for. What excits me about this course is the Python and PowerShell Scripting Fundamentals along the Networking Fundamentals. I've heard these are very important skills to have in your arsenal for pentesting.
As a recent graduate, I’m eager to build a strong foundation and enhance my skills in cybersecurity. This course seems like a fantastic opportunity to achieve that. Thanks You
Hello , As a cybersecurity student I always wanted to putt my hands on labs and see how real world cyber threats works , am super interested in endpoint security , digital forensics and incident response , this certification will be my best option in this summer vacation .
I am most excited to learn linux, Python scripting and powershell. The fact that this course teaches those skills as well is amazing. I would to love have those skills on my resume as well as breaking into cybersecurity with this course.
Having just graduated college with a degree in IT and a concentration in cybersecurity management and analytics, I hope to begin learning more about the technical side of cybersecurity. OSCC seems like such a great start to both offensive and defensive security technical concepts and techniques. I look forward to learning as much as possible and this course is a good way to get an idea of the concepts I would like to further learn in the future.
I’ll be most excited to learn about blue team techniques. With my experience in helpdesk and network design as well, catching bad guys and pesky pentesters red-handed is something I relish and I believe the OSCC will get me well on my way!
I think the most excited part to learn is in offensive section which cover the cloud fundamentals, because nowadays cloud usage is very criticals and if we can secure the cloud it will beneficial to our organization.
I would love to do this course, as i have no hands-on experience when it comes to cybersecurity and im trying to get into the field, this course seems amazing and feel like it would help me learn skills I need to get into the field! 🥺🙌🏻
I'm a junior with a keen interest in expanding my knowledge and skills. I'm most excited to learn about scripting as I believe it will significantly enhance my understanding and capabilities in this field. I'm eager to dive into the practical aspects and gain hands-on experience that will help me grow both personally and professionally.
As a Cybersecurity Graduate but still not able to get a job in this field because of lack of experience, I think this certification would be a valuable resource to show to the recruiters.
as someone who is not yet qualified in Cybersecurity, I'm excited for learning the practical skills, such as Powershell and Phyton scripting essential as it will help in automating tasks, not only in security but also my current role in IT sysadmin.
Just completed my bachelors in cybersecurity, looking forward to getting a beginner friendly certification on my resume to kickoff my job search. This beginner level course would be a great showcase of the skills.
I love OffSec, and I can't wait to study their new course. They provide comprehensive training and are highly recognized by everyone. I can't wait to be one of the first people to earn the OSCC certificate.
As an undergraduate student aiming to pass the OSCP exam, I need a solid understanding of Windows and Linux OS, networking concepts, and Python scripting fundamentals. The OSCC course, developed by OFFSEC, covers all these topics and will strengthen my foundational cybersecurity knowledge. It serves as a milestone for students like me, who rely heavily on parental support, to kickstart a career in cybersecurity. I am eager to learn as much as I can in this field and contribute to digital safety and privacy in the near future.
As someone attending the BlueTeam SOC Analyst Course from HTB, I find this course perfect for becoming a better defender and broadening my cybersecurity knowledge, thus making me a better cybersecurity professional. Thank you for this opportunity, Sanda!
Hi Sandra, congrats on getting over 100k subs. The way I see it, the most unique and exciting module of the OSCC would be ICS/OT. Infrastructure and ICS needs more visibility in public perception and as an option for those wanting to become security professionals. Crowdstrike's dereference fault was bad enough, but highly visible, and so far the OSCC is the only introductory cert I know of that does more than merely define ICS. Gen 3+ and on SMRs for portability, scalability, and as decentralized points of failure are the most reasonable path forward for energy security. We're going to need specialists to ensure they're not susceptible to the next Stuxnet, for sustainable and dependable energy surplus for hydroponics, water filtration, and carbon-capture tech.
This is shocking how jam packed this course's content has. I feel this is outside the offensive pentesting content OffSec offers. The price I think an be lowered but due to all of the practice and knowledge I would be moved to get this based on Security of Embedded Systems, vulnerability management, and cloud information this includes. This is coming from someone who has an information security role currently. Thanks for sharing Sandra!
I had planned to buy the OSCC course since I first saw its release. OffSec is well-recognized and known for providing comprehensive and useful training for my future career. However, the existing courses seemed too challenging for me, so I think the OSCC suits me well ☺️
The most interesting part for me in this course is defensive modules , like : Malware Analysis, SOC Management Processes and Ransomware,DDoS,and Availability
This course will be a huge boost to my career, being unemployed for a year and struggling in the job market this will be a very good opportunity for learning and improving for the digital security standards that are needed. I will keep my whole effort in studying and will be indebted to you if picked. Hoping for the best.🤞
An opportunity to take this course would be life-changing because of the simple fact that it covers so much fundamentally. I’ve been find out that getting an entry level job not easy and this course would help that and also define the role I think I want to be in which is blue team. With the hands-on training and projects to include to a a resume is HUGE. Even if I don’t win the giveaway it is a course I will seriously consider!
I have just completed my bachelor's I have never done a cert till today all I have learned till now is from free resources like UA-cam and Coursera edx ec-council I guess it will great for me still it's from offensive security. Excited to get started
As a beginner this course will given me the foundational knowledge I need to break into the cybersecurity field. The offensive side of things is part of the course that I am really interested in and looking forward to that experience.
I'm particularly excited about diving into defensive skills. Understanding how to protect systems and networks from cyber threats through strategies like access control, encryption, and secure configurations sounds really fascinating!
Great news that OffSec has released this new course. I work as a level 2 help desk at my current job. I have a few certs and was looking to start studying for OSCP. After hearing about this course my game plan now is to start with the OSCC. I am looking forward to learning both red and blue team information.
I think what I would be most excited about is the Software Engineering Security part of the course. As a Web Dev, Software and Web security are really important and has become more needed in my company as the projects become more complex and we shift our projects over to cloud. This course is definitely something to look into. Keep up the great work and dont forget to be awesome!
Appreciate the opportunity! After reading through the topics to be covered under the certificate I am most interested in learning 'Data Transformation Fundamentals' since possessing skills to manipulate and analyze data are undeniably invaluable across this industry and others.
Hello everyone! The OSCC course looks great and I really like that it covers hands-on skills that serve as a solid foundation for multiple domains within cybersecurity. What excites me most about OSCC is that it approaches entry-level cybersecurity from all sides, and I think this is what makes it unique. I am intrigued by the full course but what interests me most would be scripting, cryptography, and malware analysis, but this really hits everything, and given the ubiquitous and interconnected nature of the current technological landscape, it seems essential to have an understanding of all these concepts. I am currently trying to land my first professional role in the field as a SOC Analyst, and understanding security beyond just Defensive has really helped me develop a solid foundation, but having comprehensive hands-on experience with all domains would definitely provide an edge! This is a really great video and opportunity, thank you for sharing Sandra!
I am most excited to try the OSCC, as it seems to match my needs perfectly. As a junior Purple Team member, this course appears to cover everything I need to advance my skills.
Hi Sandra! My name is Hunaina and I’m from Pakistan, the thing that excites me about this course is that I’d be able to learn about all the different sectors and roles present in the cybersecurity field while gaining technical skills and hands on experience. I graduated from high school last year but still haven’t been able to go to university yet due to lack of funds and my brothers needing to study, but I am learning different skills and programming languages and trying to get a job which I haven’t had much luck with yet due to lack of technical skills. It would be amazing if I could be awarded the free course and exam, as it would help me gain and show future employers that I have the technical skills to succeed in the cybersecurity field, and I would really appreciate it.😊 Thank you.
As someone who is starting the carreer of cybersec, i still dont know to what field focus, so i think this course is great for getting an overview about about the specializations and to decide wisely, great video
I love that this certification covers both red and blue team topics. I’m most interested in learning networking, scripting and threat detection. Great video! Thank you so much for the info!
I am most interested in the defensive side, but since I am just beginning my path, all I want is to find good practical resources to delve into the exciting field of IT security.
As someone who recently started working in security while going trough college, it would be great to learn the necessary skills using a more structured approach
What excites me the most about the OSCC course is learning about the newest methods and resources for offensive and defensive security. It is really exciting to think of further rooting into complex SOC fundamentals, advanced penetration testing procedures, and comprehending the most recent vulnerabilities and their remedies in different systems. Having this information about what, how and where to look and proceed will help me stay ahead of the constantly changing cybersecurity scene in addition to improving my capacity to recognize and make up for security solutions.
This course would fill all the gaps in my journey of continuous learning and gaining skills to land my first job. I would be most excited to learn about the offensive security modules and the GRC side of the course. I would take this exam in a heartbeat! Thank you for your insightful videos!
What I'm looking towards most about this course is learning the diversity of roles in the cybersecurity field! It's a fast-growing field and im excited to find out where I fit in!
A friend of mine was looking for an overview for the OSCC Course and surprisingly I came across the video and I have further shared the video with him. Thank you so much for the video 👍😇
I'm excited for this opportunity, thanks Sandra for sharing! This certification will provide a comprehensive learning path for careers in Cyber Security. I'm interested into defensive security and GRC.

With the knowledge of fundamentals, it would really help me to build my pillar of success. I have been learning cyber security for about 1 year and this course and certification will really help in the near future. Thanks a lot
I'm most interested in the GRC component of the training and I'm most excited about the hands-on elements with the availability of VM to facilitate the learning process.
that is awesome thanks sandra ,i am information system student in East Africa(Ethiopia) . I try some free courses on cyber security before but they aren't practical nor engaging as i wanted .when i saw your video it made me excited about the project part and the practical skills of OSCC COURSE.
I'm eager to learn all the things in the OSCC course. The hands-on projects will enhance my understanding of these concepts and equip me with the skills needed for a career in software development or systems engineering. And I'm college student it will be best time for me😊.

I hope to gain this from this course and see what doors it can open for me.
As someone in college, It would be great to learn the basics and use as a jumping off point for a carrer in security. Specialy the security engineering part, input validation, and assurance testing.
I am currently a High School teacher and football coach looking to make a career change into the cybersecurity industry. This course would be a great opportunity to make that transition. I would be looking forward to learning all the aspects of cybersecurity and the challenges that come along with it. Thanks for the video!
Hey! Thank you! Do you think it’d be worth taking after doing the google cybersec cert? I am currently working on this but am considering many pathways which include other hands on courses.
I always learn best with hands on experience, so I am excited to find an entry level certification that is more focused on hands on and less focused on multiple choice questions.

I studied Industrial Engineering in college, but I've always worked in tech. Being in tech, I've noticed how vulnerable we all are to cyber threats specially with radio comms. I'm excited to learn about the ins and outs of cyber sec and how we can be better prepared to handle such threats.
What I am most excited about is the HANDS ON experience from these labs, I think it’s so important.
I guess embedded and industrial systems are useful because not many courses offer such topics. It might be great to add them as a skill.
My intrest in cyber security started after watching your videos thanks for guiding me and i am most excited to learn course is OSCP..!
i am most excited to learn about in this course is penetration testing process ,cloud computing fundamental and software engineering security.
I can't wait to be one of the first people to earn the OSCC certificate.
its really great to see entry level certification from offsec which is highly recognized at industry
Passed my security+ but I’m excited for more hands on exercises and also a course with more red team practice.
This sounds amazing!! I’m excited to see how they made complex topics and made them entry level!!!
I had planned to buy the OSCC course since I first saw its release. OffSec is well-recognized and known for providing comprehensive and useful training for my future career. However, the existing courses seemed too challenging for me, so I think the OSCC suits me well ☺️
Thank you Sandra. I'm excited to learn about the blue teaming and GRC skills in the course! Also, congrats on 100k subs!
After completing my college last month I don’t know what to do,I am trying to learn stuff I hope This certification will kick start my career!
I have just completed my bachelor's I have never done a cert till today all I have learned till now is from free resources like UA-cam and Coursera edx ec-council
I guess it will great for me still it's from offensive security.
Excited to get started
As a beginner this course will given me the foundational knowledge I need to break into the cybersecurity field. The offensive side of things is part of the course that I am really interested in and looking forward to that experience.
I’m most excited to compare and contrast techniques utilized by Blue team and Red team! Just seeing which role best compliments myself.
