to me you dont need ten years get in make your money and get experience and get out. That experience you can use to apply to a better franchise like big chicken or 5 guys who look for franchise/restaurant experience and take the profits and invest in another business you can be building. Im going to look into this
I have so much strategy to make this work. For me it's okay if the company goes bankrupt as long as I don't owe anything it's so easy to gain back your $10,000 it's more low-risk more reward as long as you don't owe anyting if it goes bankrupt.
It is dead I went to one and they had not cleaned you could see the dust and in the restroom ( men) you can see yellow stuff all around the area and the soap that was full did not work and one did work was empty and paper towel doesn’t even work and didn’t like the new kiosk machine the one we picked didn’t even work so we could move it to a other ( groceries store had the ability) and we had to re do are order again and coming out of the restaurant we saw a person came in and 1 minutes later they came out so I think they would go bankrupt 85%
I talked to my dad about this. We're going to own one. I'll finally be a owner of something with my dad and big brother. were gonna hire homeless, veterans. This is gonna work really good. The yearly profit I read is 130k a year. This is dream!

Definitely a good starting place to accumulate wealth!
So:
Franchise Partner = $10k TOTAL and you’re operating?
Traditional Franchisee = $25k + additional $1.2-1.7M and you’re operating?
Very well stated Marcus. Traditional franchisee has potential for gain or loss when he/she sells the business years later.
So much potential :D
