निर्माण करते समय दक्षिण एवं पश्चिम में कम स्थान व उत्तर पूर्व में अधिक खुली जगह रखनी चाहिए। दक्षिण और पश्चिम दिशा में भारी एवं बड़े पेड़ लगाना चाहिए। फैक्टरी में मंदिर बनाना लाभकारी होगा। अगर फैक्टरी में मंदिर बनाया जाता है तो उसकी दिशा सदैव ही उत्तर की तरफ ही होनी चाहिए।

1. Where to install machinery in the factory?
In the diagram wherein the cross sign is earmarked, the heavy machinery should not be installed there. Where there is a tick mark heavy machinery should be installed there. Hence Heavy machinery should be installed in the south, west, or southwest direction.
2. Where in the factory according to Factory Vastu, boiler, electricity, fire, energy, furnace, heater related work should be installed?
Boilers, electricity, fire, furnace, heater related work should be in southeast, eastern or south direction. Look in the picture where the sign on the right is there those should place there.
3. Where the raw material should be kept according to the Factory Vastu?
The raw material should be kept in the factory located in the southwest direction in the factory. So keep raw materials at the southwest angle. Place the raw material in the picture where the right sign is printed.
