I’m doing a 72’nova frame off and some of the brackets look really bad I mean the welds are crap and partly nonexistent and I’ve looking for info about replacing them and getting them new one’s positioned right but maybe I’ll have to just grind out and replace one weld at a time and just weld in new large washers where you cut out.one step cord two back but when it’s done it’ll be right.i striped the frame and ground much of the welds and welded new and epoxied the frame real well but gonna have to spray rust prevention inside the frame yet
Nice work! I had to make that repair on my 71 Camaro as well. Keep that shovel ready to go! It sounds like we are getting 6-8 inches of snow on Sunday. Hopefully this is the last of it.

Thanks, its a common problem! To be honest I'm going to have to buy a new shovel, this one is wore out!
Good job. Where do you find the specs or how do you measure to precisely orient the holes to align up with the body?
You just center everything up. The body has floating caged nuts that have a good bit of adjustment. Thanks

I actually had to get this stuff done to make room for the cab to get painted. It all needs done though!
