Dear Folks at Steinberg, i am SpectralLayers (Pro) User since Version7, and I think v10 is a great Update! There is however one annoying thing i already complained about in v7, and i still present in v10: The Fade-Borders for selected Areas are specified in absolte values. This might be ok for fade-times, (even though longer fade-outs might be more sensible than longer fade-ins), but this makes almost no sense for the frequency-domain! A fade-range of 100Hz might be HUGE as a lower border, but practically NONEXISTANT as an upper border. So, for the frequency, an option to define the Fade-amount as n-th Octaves would make much more sense than defining an absolte value. Best, Ralf.
@@T_Meyer101 Without question. I don't have details on the memory part, but this program is CPU intensive when previewing processes. For Apple Silicon users, I wouldn't expect any issues.
@@mikescheibinger5191 and I have kinda of a high end but not like a crazy high end I only have a RTX2060 and a I7 8th gen I think But it only happens when processing stuff
@@T_Meyer101 You mean to say, it takes a long time for X process to complete? I did notice that one process in particular, I think it might be Voice Denoiser, takes an amount of time that seems longer, relatively speaking. Rather intense processing, lol, but jaw-dropping results in a lot of cases.
@@mikescheibinger5191 ok so I just started it up to remember what it was So it is whenever I use the unmix->> song to generate stems it freezes for like 10 to 20 seconds then it catches it self then it processes the stems but that part goes pretty well However I’m the end it’s worth it because the stem function is absolutely amazing the best I have ever tested
Thanks for having me and thanks for this amazing software!
Will there be copyright? After removing the vocal from the track. If I put my own vocal and upload it
Symbol Bleed, sure thing. But what about Cymbals and them bleeding? Just kidding, great showcase for Spectralayers!

The other thing I noticed was it really hammers the usage of memory and cpu
