LPL definitely has its own thing going on where some teams clearly just are better prepared against other teams but might perform worse internationally. It's really hard to say, I feel like sometimes LPL cannibalizes the team that would've done better against the top Korean team.

I don't doubt that Humanoid can lane fine against any of the mentioned mid outside of the very best. Moreover, the Cryin and Icon are not good at all, they have been consistently being criticized during the last split. The closest one for reference, Humanoid went fine against Showmaker at MSI. People are overestimating the gaps between the pros. It's often not really that big, not anymore. The only exception currently is Chovy.
It's a really tough point of comparison, so I understand people ranking these teams differently. The best parameter we have is that DWG lost to RNG at MSI many months ago, but the game and the teams have changed so much since then. I personally think FPX is better simply because of the team synergy and Doinb, who I believe can (and very often does) carry games against any team in the world

I think it's because C9 has a better history at worlds out of all the NA teams + their 1st seed often disappoints. Rogue is better than every NA teams in bo1 imo, it's just a question of mental strength in tense series

Damwon isn't better than FPX solely based off competition. Most of LCK is pretty irrelevant compared to LPL and DK hasn't been consistent as much as EDG and FPX have been. T1 (basically second seed for LCK) has had such a rocky year. DK is definitely top 3 maybe top 2 not #1. FPX and EDG can both arguably be the favorites this year since they both sweep every other LPL team but FPX 3-1 EDG right before playoffs and EDG 3-1 sweep FPX in playoffs. We'll see though. DK is definitely better than every other team except these two
