How to Properly UNNEST a Nested sequence in Premiere Pro

So you nested your clips and at some point, you need to unnest them but there isn't any button to unnest it. In this one, I will show two methods to properly unnest your nested clips (sequence) in Premiere Pro. The best part is that you can do this in less than a minute!
