Thank u dad, son Podcasters shud always interview their dads atleast once bcoz dads spk from their heart to their sons and that's so refreshing to hear in this artificial world. For common farmers doing wheat n pulses n oilseeds in this ever changing weather how can dad help, would b a delight to hear
Excellent video. For a person who has very limited idea about technology usage in agriculture and precision agriculture, this video is a masterclass in understanding approach to the setting up the right infrastructure for farming. Some of my key takeaways; 1. Find the right technology (and the most expensive technology is not always the optimum technology) that suits your farming requirement. 2. Do the ground work on location (soil, PH, composition), weather (max. Min. And avg temperature, humidity), proximity to market/demand to understand what one should plan to grow. 3. It’s not only quantity of light but also the quality of light which matters for protected farming technique. 4. The science behind naturally ventilated poly house and fan and pad system. Few questions if there is a follow up session; a. What can you consider as benchmark yield for different kind of crops grown in protected farming? B. What are different interventions that have been developed to minimize post harvest losses right from handling to storage to logistics. Thank you again for a very informative session! Keep up the good work!
Brilliant episode!! Rajeeb Sir has such incisive insights and clarity of thought. Very well done, Abhinav, for asking the right questions and allowing Rajeeb Sir the time to answer in detail.
This video should be considered as the Bible of Starting greenhouse farming. This is coming from FATHER OF GREENHOUSE industry in India . Kudos to the Agritalk team 😊

What a wholesome video😊, too informative. Video needs to be watched twice to get more & more valuable informations. Do make Part 2. Thanks to you & Mr Rajeeb sir. I just enrolled to his course on Agriplast website. Small suggestion: make a short from this video from 41:52- 44:30 . So that information can be shared to many people to grow their own food. Thanks

@@AgriTalkbyAbhinavRoy I liked it so showed this to my father who is reasonably educated and a farmer, he said it is too much of English for him, similarly I don't think a South Indian would be able to understand the Hindi mix. Request you to cover at least the Hindi audiances bit carefully as those are the ones doing the field work
