You need to make a button that when tapped sends a message to jump and you could make another scene that says game over and it brings you there when you die also you could make a starting screen I have made alot of games in scratch jr like flappy bird and dino game and I can say it can be pushed to its limits alot

You can draw and import custom sprites, so you're not stuck with the default sprites
