- At an online evening hosted by the Worshipful Company of Turners to celebrate the art of woodturning, Miriam Jones, having won a bursary award funded by the Turners' Company, explains how she raised money for the NHS. In keeping with the wave of rainbows that swept the nation earlier this year, she turned a very difficult time into one of hope, creating a rainbow tealight holder. Visit Miriam at www.miriamjone...

As a wood tuner myself and having been on The Worshipful Co of Turners also from N Wales i wish you well. I do hope you consider Spindle Turning as it gives you lots of other interesting ideas.
Cool to encounter a fellow turner who is also a fellow weaver I run a few sheep and spin and weave as well as wood turn one of my current projects is for a friend who recently lost his dog to old age they had been together for 15 years I will be blending some of the hair from the brush he brushed the dog with wish some wool spinning it into thread and inlaying the thread into a pen for him so he always has a bit of his pall in his pocket where ever he goes
Good job
